If you need a dental appliance, look elsewhere. I haven't even had my $2000 dental appliance for a year and it's already broken. I was told that I had to pay an additional $600 dollars to replace the poor-quality appliance. Other than poor-quality appliances, I like Breeze Dental, the staff is very nice!

This place is the absolute worst. Anytime I had to get a crown I would have to go back several times for the permanent because they couldn't get it scanned right, lost the info, or it just never fit when they sent out for it to get made. Not only did they not fit I have had several permanent crowns crack or just fall off the tooth. Save yourself some pain and frustration find a different dentist..... clearly regular appts are not the issue. Two crowns failing in less than 1-2 years because of just bad fit is more of the issue here. The "high standards" don't seem to be real since it took 2-4 times to get a crown that would actually fit. And oh when they did fit they had to be filed down so far it might as well be a square cube sitting on the tooth. As I said before save yourself money and pain and get it done better somewhere else.

Best dental office I have experienced. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Each of my visits have been excellent. The office is clean and modern (modern technology with the dental equipment as well!) I am seen timely with my scheduled appointments. I feel that I am receiving top-notch dental care. Their dental cleaning is always gentle and thorough! The staff always answers any questions I have with exceptional knowledge and detail. I will be a patient of Breeze Dental for years to come and would recommend this dental office to anyone. I am extremely satisfied with Breeze Dental.

Wow! I'm a stickler for customer service and overall experience. My standards are high and I'm impressed. I spoke with Chelsea to schedule and confirm my and my daughter's appointments. She worked with my schedule to book us at the same time for our convenience. We got all our paperwork digitally before the appointment making it easy to check in and quick. We got confirmation texts and calls so that we didn't miss the appointment. My dental assistant, Megan, was extremely thorough; so was my dentist Dr. Webb. Their team is diverse. Everyone was friendly and though it's a huge office I didn't feel rushed or like I was just a number. They recommended a care plan for me and walked through everything in detail. Dr. Webb took his time addressing my concerns and spent more time in the room with me than any dentist. Needless to say I've found my new dentist!

I went there 2 months ago for a routine tooth cleaning and I was told I need a crown and root canal even though I don't feel any pain or non sensitivity on my tooth. They told me that the treatment after my insurance is 645 dollars. After I paid 480 dollars and a day before I have my permanent crown in. They told me I have to pay extra 1000 dollars more out of pocket because my insurance company is not going to pay for it. We have to pay for their miscommunication with the insurance company. Unacceptable!

I am so impressed with this office. Every single staff member I encountered here is friendly and seem to genuinly care about their patients. I was having a dental emergency and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I plan on going here for all my future needs! I highly recommend this practice.

My dentist retired and transferred his patients here a couple of years back. The old Breeze office was fine, but the Bridgeport location incorporated several new young doctors and hygienists. It is very modern, high tech, and fast paced. I saw a different person each time, and a new and expensive condition and treatment referral was recommended each time. They appear to be very aggressive in their treatments, so if that is the type of office you're looking for this might be for you. I prefer a simpler, family oriented space and this is not it. I thought I should also mention they really push their patients to post reviews (like while in the office,) which would explain why they have so many positive ones.

I had a traumatic dental experience when I was younger, and as a young adult I have avoided dentists unless I absolutely needed them. Dr. Webb changed that completely for me. I've never had a dentist work so patiently with me on the anxiety I have about my teeth being worked on. It is such a relief to find a place I can feel comfortable and safe returning to. And the staff is absolutely phenomenal. There is no tension when they are with you, and they are always checking to make sure you're feeling okay. I have had to bring my newborn and 8 year old with me more than once, and they are so welcoming to all of us when we walk in. And the most important aspect of all...this is the first dental office that never made me feel less than when it came to needing some work done on a tooth. I'll never go anywhere else for as long as they're around!

Recommend this practice. I was very pleased with the care that I received. It was great to have digital photos of my teeth taken instead of xrays! The staff were all very kind and helpful, and I really liked Dr. Webb. He fixed a filling for me, and all went very smoothly. Very glad that I came here as a new patient.

This is my first Google review I think. Anyway, I'll never go anywhere else. The dentists at this practice are so incredibly KIND. Their patience and understanding while I was working through anxiety set the bar and I will always be happy to come back here. They are wonderful!

I love this Dental office. I haven't been to a dentist in 8 years and they really took care of me. The wait for an appointment wasn't long at all. Everyone in the office is so nice. They have ample space and smiles (even under the masks). Shout out to my Dental Hygenist, Amber! Real down to earth person. Made me feel comfortable and well informed on what was going, what she was doing and what I should do. The Dentist was dope too, but I forgot her name . But if you don't have a dentist go to Breeze Dental (Suffolk), if you do have a dentist; then give 'em a call and tell them you want to transfer!

Very punctual service, so I did not have an opportunity to enjoy the nice waiting room. Friendly staff from check in to check out. Dr Webb was attentive and patiently addressed my questions. Micha Nicole gave me the best dental cleaning ever!
