She has over 10 years of experience in dental office management, accounts receivables and payables, billing, and collections. In addition, her most recent years have been dedicated as the office manager for our dentist, Dr. Stringham.
Overall, Kandice prides herself on her determination and dedication to her practice and patients. She believes patient education is one of the fundamentals of managing a dental practice. Ultimately, she looks forward to implementing new ideas to grow the practice.
Jennifer obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1993 from Northern Virginia Community College. She is very passionate about dentistry and is always educating herself by attending continuing education courses.
Nazia has recently joined our team as our new Patient Coordinator. Youll find her at our Front Desk, utilizing her years of experience to welcome patients, handle their needs and concerns, as well as answering phones, and all facets of a busy dentalpractice!
In addition, she enjoys meeting new people and learning something new every day. In her free time, she loves to play workout, travel, and spend time with family. Overall, her experience and friendly disposition is a great asset to our practice!
Sara became a dental assistant after completing NOVAs Dental Assistant Program (#1 in her class). She takes pride in making patients feel at ease during procedures and enjoys working side by side with Dr. Hedayati.
Sara lives in Fairfax with her fianc Philip and their kitten Arya Stark. In her spare time she enjoys performing in musicals, horseback riding, watching FRIENDS, and learning more recipes for her Instapot.

The entire Breeze Dental team is fantastic! They are courteous, demonstrate genuine care for their patients and Dr. Hediyati is a very skilled dentist. He explains everything clearly and shows you pictures of anything that needs to be addressed. I highly recommend this practice!

Appt began on time, Dental hygienist laid out plan, did education, answered questions and did the cleaning with updates as to dental findings. Dr H arrived, confirmed findings, reviewed x rays, reviewed the plan, future appt made, checkout was quick.

The staff at Breeze Dental is wonderful. Everyone is helpful & friendly. The hygienist always provides a thorough cleaning & Dr Hedayati always explains his care plan; answers questions patiently & utilizes innovative equipment in his treatment.

Dr. Hedayati and his entire staff at Breeze Dental are amazing! I've had a lot of traumatic dental experiences in the past and always hated the dentist. This place completely changed that for me. The staff are always so friendly and gentle. They know how to make you feel comfortable and let you know exactly what they're doing, and why. I ended up getting Invisalign through them a few months ago. The process has been so easy and thorough. I highly recommend this practice if you were once once like me. Now I actually like going to the dentist.

Good looking place and friendly staff. The Dr. Is the only dentist, who after fixing my repeat chipped tooth did they take the time and care to make sure the back had a good mouth feel. Perfection!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hedayati's for a very long time, he's a great dentist. Very knowledgeable and pain-free. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and explains everything before he starts his procedure. I've always had a great experience coming here. I can't say enough about his staff they are wonderful as well

Spending 2 hours in a dentist's chair could be a bad experience but not with Dr. H! He is considerate, patient and always does a perfect job. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

I'm very impressed with Breeze Dental. I've only met dentists who have very aggressive approach when treatment planning so I have never been an established patient anywhere. After meeting Dr. Hedayati, I really learned the importance of dental health and the way he communicates shows his care and passion fo his fpatients.

Much has changed with COVID-19 mandated patient care procedures. Dr. Hedayati and his staff have however incorporated state-of-the art check-in procedures, PPE, and hygienic practices. These provide a safe environment for patients and dental caregivers. I have no hesitation in placing myself in Breeze My cleaning procedure done Aug. 29, 2022 was a very comfortable experience and I look forward towards insertion of a new implant this October..

I highly recommend Dr. Hedayati if you're looking for a highly skilled and honest dentist. He employs the latest technology available and is extremely thorough in his exams. His staff is also excellent! I first saw Dr. Hedayati for a second opinion when my previous dentist said I needed $8000 worth of work done. Dr. Hedayati did a careful exam and determined I did not need to have the work done and took the time to explain everything to me in detail.
