Dr. Droege opened the doors of his new facility upon completion of his education in 1987 from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Droege consistently strives to bring the highest degree of care to his patients by utilizing many continuing education programs. He recently received his Fellowship for implants from The Misch Institute creating the opportunity to deliver all services here under one roof. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Droeges hobbies include spending time with his family, golf, and hunting. Dr. Droege works out of the Breese Dental Care location.
Dr. Kasey Santel completed his education in June of 2015 from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. He joined the practice immediately upon graduation fulfilling his desire to provide care in a rural community. Dr. Santel looks forward to developing his own practicing style while having a practitioner like Dr. Droege with many years of experience as a guide along the way. He has completed additional studies in lasers, clear aligner therapy for orthodontic care and oral conscious sedation. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Santels hobbies include spending time with his family, reading, and golf. Dr. Santel works out of both, the Highland Dental Care and Breese Dental Care locations.

Dr. Droege and Dr. Santel are both certified by the World Clinical Institute to use lasers. Waterlase Dentistry uses laser energy and a gentle spray of water to perform a wide range of dental procedures without the heat, vibration, and pressure associated with the dental drill. With many procedures, it is possible to use less anesthetic, and often no anesthetic at all. Laser light and a gentle spray of water typically cause little or no discomfort. If anesthetic was not needed, you can return to normal activities immediately.

They failed to inform that my insurance provider was one they didn't work with. This caused a huge hit on out of pocket cost that was not expected. They also performed tasks that did not meet the qualifications to my insurance which caused more out of pocket cost. All of which I was not informed of until after the fact. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning.

As a new patient, they got me in for my first appointment very quickly. Every staff member I came into contact with was so polite and helpful. The dentist didn't rush through my appointment and made sure to explain what he was doing and his plan for my future appointments. I was with my previous dentist for over 20 years but this will be my new dentist from now on.

Dr. Santel was so amazing with my son yesterday! It was his first time ever getting anesthetic for his wisdom teeth extractions and he's doing great today, very little discomfort. Dr. Santel even called to check on him last night! Dr. Santel and Dr. Droege are amazing dentists and I highly recommend Breese Dental Care or Highland Dental care. The entire staff was so nice and caring, thank you so much Dr. Santel for taking such great care of my son!

Amazing people caring above and beyond! I had suffered with a painful tooth 5 days.They got me in same day I called.They made sure I was numb to work on, after showing and explaining what and why I had been so miserable.The staff were friendly,patient,and professional. Covid professional as well!

I took my daughter for her first dentist visit needed for kindergarten. The staff was very friendly, quick and efficient! Upon checking out, she got to pick from their treasure box. She was so excited and I'm confident she will be more excited for her 6 month check up! Thank you!

This office has the most caring staff and physicians. Dr Droege does it all! They were short staffed, and gave me the option to reschedule my appointment. However, I had already rearranged my schedule so Dr Droege did my cleaning!! And it was still an amazing experience!! After he was finished, he was outside taking down Christmas lights from his building :) everyone is always so nice and helpful 5 stars all the way

The staff is excellent! I was there for a check-up/cleaning yesterday and the hygienist was very gentle with my gums. She promptly answered every question I had with a smile. The attending dentist did the same. My impression was good enough that my wife swapped over to Breese Dental Care and made her first appointment yesterday. She had been going to a different city for care and was sorta 'meh' about the care she was getting so far. I suspect she will like her new dental home. Keep up the good work!

First time we ever went to Breese Dental Care was for my husband. He was so happy with everything they did and helped answer his questions. When it was time for me to go. I was so impressed with the service and how they were willing to work with you. They made it a comfortable space and relaxing. I would recommend this dental office to anyone that would ask. The Dentist is very understanding and helps you understand everything. The office staff is happy and very friendly. They all were so helpful with any thing we needed.
