About the doctor: Dr. Todd Martin Pennartz grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas and at a young age, he just knew he was destined for some role in the medical field. At Angelo State University, he pursued a major in biology and a minor in chemistry, preparing to enter dental school. He went on to study dentistry at the University of Texas Dental School in Houston, graduating with honors in 1995. After living in Houston for his years of schooling and training, Dr. Pennartz grew to dislike the humidity and crowded city life and searched for a small West Texas town he could call home. He set up his dental practice in Breckenridge in July of 1995. Since then, Dr. Pennartz has expanded his scope of practice by training in numerous continuing education courses and offering dental implants and orthodontics in 2008. He and his wife Ali live on beautiful Hubbard Creek Lake. They havethree dogs, three cats andfour daughters, Madeline, Hannah, Sydni and Sterling, and they enjoy all kinds of lake activities, from swimming to wake surfing

Wow! I am in awe at how well and courteous I was treated by the Dr and his staff. Even walking in the door you can feel the positive energy in this office. I was hurting pretty good when I got there. All I could do when I left was to thank them repeatedly. And smile. I'll be going back fer sure.

When I made the appt,for toothache, I was asked if I wanted it pulled!?!?! Wasn't told that my insurance might not cover a single tooth exam. Got there, friendly receeptionist. Finally a woman came to get me, took me to an open area, sat me in a dental chair,didn't introduce herself or explain their methodolgy. She took xrays, went to get a man, who told me I had a big cavity, I could have it pulled or a root canal. Je told the woman to get me a print out of cost of each, she brought back someone else's print out, then brought mine. It had the choices added together. I chose not to have the tooth pulled right then, they seemed surprised. I hasn't even considered they'd want to do it at that appointment. Basically, it felt like I was on their assembly line, without being told their methodology. I've been happier at military hospital dentists.

The Dental hygienist is amazing. Best cleaning I've ever had. Very thorough and detailed. I drove 30 minutes bcuz this place was recommended, and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend this staff and dentist. The dentist was very kind and nice to me as well. Thank y'all!

Excellent service! I was terrified and needed extensive dental work done, they were calm, friendly, explained to me clearly what it was going to be like, and the final product looks natural and fits great. I was new to dentures, and they helped me every step of the way and made sure they were comfortable and that I knew how to take care of them. Dr. Pennartz and his entire team are great. He doesn't overcharge or push products you don't need on you and neither does his team, and when he does extractions he listens to you, is very gentle and makes sure you don't feel anything, I had a whopping 14 done at once and he made the experience as painless and easy as was possible. I will definitely be going back to get my bottoms done.

All I can say is Dentist Todd Pennartz is amazing. He doesn't over charge for stuff you don't really need. Like I have found all to much in my years of going to the dentist. And let me tell you I have spent lots and lots of money at the dentist (on top of what my insurance had payed) and I'm stating to wonder how much unnecessary detail work I have actually had at this point. He's will explain everything to you and on top of it he's easy to talk with and I was never embarrassed or made to fill like I don't do my part in caring for my teeth like I have been in the past. He's also funny and interacts with you makes it a whole lot less stressful. Witch is nice cause I get major Dentist anxiety.The staff is also amazing. Look let me just put it this way I have found the BEST dentist in the area. I came in from Cisco to see him and now I'm a Patient for life. My cousins also use him now and says he's amazing.
