I have been going here for several years as an adult. I have become friends with the staff and they truly care about me as a patient and human. They also take the time to address any questions I have. Tiffany is by far the best dental hygienist Ive ever had and makes dental cleanings one of my favorite things in life. I actually look forward to going to the dentist.

My name is Amanda and I have been an EDDA for five years. I went to Medquest college. I have worked at Breckenridge Dental Care a little over 4 years. Best part about my job is making patients feel great about their smile. I love spending time with my family. I am getting married to my best friend in September of 2019. I do not have kids of my own. I have two dogs, a German shepherd and a boxer/retriever mix.

My name is Lynn, I am married and have 3 beautiful children, 2 daughters and 1 son. My children have blessed my husband and I with 10 grandchildren, 7 boys and 3 girls. I recently moved from Franklin, Indiana to the Louisville area the end of January. I have been a dental hygienist for 43 years and worked in Columbus, Indiana for 36 years. After my time in Columbus, I went to work in Indianapolis, Indiana till we moved. Some of my favorite things are spending time with my family. My husband and I really enjoy when the Grandchildren visit. I also enjoy reading and taking walks. Having coffee time with some of my girlfriends is another favorite of mine.

This dentist is running a crown scam. They put a million crowns in your mouth that you don't need to max out your insurance.

I had a temporary crown installed on Monday at 3:30 pm. Less than two hours later it fell out. I had it put back on Tuesday morning. It fell out again on Friday at 7 pm. I called and left messages, texted, and called their so-called "emergency line" MULTIPLE times without connecting with a human being. We had company that weekend and I could barely eat or talk because of the pain and throbbing. The jaggedness of the tooth tore up my cheek. I kept my Monday morning appointment and had the permanent crown installed. I let them know how unhappy I was with the shoddy temporary that fell out TWICE in 4 1/2 days. I will NEVER go back. They act all concerned about your comfort, but you better make sure any issues you have are during business hours!

The receptionist, Dr Wright and office staff were amazing and caring. I went to office without appointment for my tooth ache , they still took care of me same day looking at my situation. Thank you Breckenridge Dental Care

I was there for a first visit this week after moving back to my hometown of Louisville a year ago and looking for a new dentist for a while now. I have more visits to come, as does my husband. Will update.

Exceptional care from truly genuine knowledgeable professionals! The ENTIRE staff at breckinridge goes above and beyond making me feel as if I'm the only patient! My only regret is that I didn't start out my care there and had to come with my own horror stories from another practice. One of the very first things that reassured me that this was the office for me is the up to date rooms they have. You could tell they specifically had the patients comfort in mind even when designing!

Get ready to be upsold! I've been to this place four times and every time after routine cleaning they tell me I really need fluoride treatment and my molars treated with protectant. Whoops! It's not covered by insurance, but you need it. Even though I've had no issues for 20 years. When I say, "no thanks," the hygienist asked, "can I ask why not?" I say, "because I can't afford it and I feel like you get a cut of what I would pay for it. Otherwise, why would you pressure me to do these treatments?" Hygienist stopped talking and got me right out of there. The last (I mean, the VERY LAST) time I went, they cleaned my teeth, did the same upsell routine, then told me I had two cavities that needed filling. And they wouldn't show me the ex rays. These guys are money grabbers. I got a second opinion and I've no cavities. Bye bye, Breckinridge. Lucky I don't sue you.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental care. My hygienist, Michele, was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was informed through the entire process and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had a good visit.

This place should be investigated. I went here for 11 yrs (2005 - 2016) They felt like family and I trusted them. They convinced me I had bad gums and required additional cleanings. I was getting my teeth cleaned 3-4 time a year by them. This is not the worst. If it were I wouldn't have bothered writing a review. Shortly after my 40th birthday around 2013, they told me I needed a crown. Then again a year later. When they told me I needed a third crown in 2016, something didn't feel right. I skipped the appointment and didn't find a new dentist for over a year. I decided to go to the new dental practice and speak nothing of my past. Apparently my cavity requiring a crown self-healed! Its a miracle! My new dental practice also does not require me to come in for additional cleanings. It has been 3 years since I first started going to my new dentist and they still have not required me to get the crown Dr. Jennifer at Breckenridge requested in 2016. 3 sets of X-rays reviewed by 3 dentists at the new practice have examined my mouth. Not one has seen this tooth needing a crown? In fact I have not had a cavity since leaving Breckenridge Dental. The only procedure I've had in the past 3 years was to replace a poorly formed filling that Breckenridge Dental had given me. I had complained multiple times to Breckenridge Dental about that exact filling. It had a sharp ridge that snagged floss. I don't know whether dentistry is a highly subjective field, or whether Dr. Jennifer is a crook, but I would suggest all of her patients seek a second opinion from an unrelated dentist before subjecting their mouths and wallets to any procedure she recommends. I am left feeling violated. Questioning if either of the smooth crowns in my mouth were necessary. I also am left to question which if any of the fillings they gave me were truly necessary.

Thanks to call the negative comments regarding this money grabbing dental practice i won't be scheduling an appointment. I've had similar experience at other practices.
