The hygienists are doing fine job. I rated one star because the front office is not being honest and not transparent with charges. The front office overcharged from what I was told by the hygienists more than two times. They did not explain why the charge is higher. They also charge clients if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours for any reasons, but they cancelled my son's appointment less than 24 hours without compensation. That doesn't sound fair.

This place is great. Everyone is very helpful and professional. As a Veteran, I asked the VA to transfer my services to them. Not only do they have the latest in technology but they always try to accommodate to my schedule. Dr. Chen, Tania, Alex, Stephanie, (forgive me if I'm forgetting anyone) you'll make the experience superb.

I have been going to Brea Family Dental for over a year now and I can say it has been an amazing experience. Every visit that I have gone to I can genuinely tell that they care about my dental health. I have been treated well with each and every one of my visits. All the staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Dr. Chen and the staff here makes going to the dentist very easy. I look forward to my visits here since I know I would be well taken care of. I had recommended my wife to go to Brea Family Dental and she was happy that she did. She expressed that she had received excellent care. I recommend Brea Family Dental if you are looking for a place that cares for your health.

I trust Dr. Chen and his staff because they have provided my family with WONDERFUL dental care for 12 years. Integrity, informational, clean, friendly, gracious, and fantastic insurance relations. It's been perfect care and if it's not exactly perfect, they will work through any issue until it is. Thank you! We appreciate you all so much!

Is there a nicer dental staff anywhere? I doubt it. Is there a better and more knowledgeable and patient dentist than Dr. Chen? Nope! I actually look forward to going to the dentist. They are the best.

This is the top dentist in my opinion, they work together to achieve a change for all those who come into that office. I walked in there 6 months ago without the ability to eat, now I'm enjoying my summer eating ice with the best of them. I encourage anyone who needs help with anything teeth related to head in there for there help and loving care for there patience.

Tonya is SO professionally experienced. She is truly Dr. Chen's right hand. She will help with any financial/ insurance need you have. Dr. Chen is a genius with re - design and teeth health. He has great skill and contacts for outside crown design.no more injection pain, he is so gentle and talks you thru everything.

Couldn't Ask For A Better Dentist! Dr Chen & Staff Are Marvelous! They make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door! And I absolutely love their honesty. They don't try to swindle you into procedures you don't need.

I particularly like Dr. Marcos who did my extractions and bone grafting. Stephanie the hygienist is sweet and gentle and left my teeth sparkling! Dr. Chen is left-handed which is an unusual experience, kind of feels like he's hugging you while he does the work, lol. They all do good work. A heads up to pay close attention to what they recommend versus what you will decide you need.

I can't say enough good things about Brea Family Dental Center! From the first time I called to my appointment today, everything was fast, easy, and efficient. Alex and Tonia who helped me with scheduling and billing were very nice and helpful. Stephanie, my hygienist, was wonderful. Dr. Chen was very friendly and filled my cavity with absolutely no pain. Wonderful experience all around!
