Dr. Sally Hays is the best! The office staff were very nice and welcoming. I was nervous getting a root canal and Dr. Hays made me feel more comfortable and at ease. She explained everything what she was doing and checked in on me throughout the process. You get to wear head phones and listen to music during the root canal to make it a better experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hays and her staff.

Dr. Hays is gentle, compassionate, and thorough. Her and her staff were able to ease my nerves and made the experience effortless and painless! I am extremely satisfied with the services I received from Dr. Hays and would highly recommend this office!

Dr. Hays was absolutely amazing! Clearly getting the news that you need a root canal is not ideal but Dr. Hays made the experience very pleasant! She is very professional and makes an uncomfortable situation comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Hays, she is the best!

I recently had a root canal with Dr. Hays. Clearly a root canal is not the most ideal situation, but Dr. Hays did an incredible job. She made sure it was not a painful situation and I am happy to say I am completely pain free 3 days after. She was very informative of all she was doing and checked in on my comfort level multiple times throughout the procedure. If you have to get a root canal, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hays with Brazos Valley Endodontics.

I had to visit Dr Hays for a root canal and besides the obvious no fun reason, I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr Hays was very informative and broke the visit up in two visits to ensure the best possible outcome. She was able to walk me through the process and it was as painless as I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend her for any issue you may be having.

If you have to have a root canal done, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Calkins and his staff. No one wants to have a root canal, but they made the experience as pleasant as possible. For the procedure, I listened to my music on my phone through Bluetooth headphones while "relaxing" in a chair with a heated massager. I don't even get to do that at home. :) Dr. Calkins was so nice and caring and I could tell he was genuinely concerned about how I was feeling during the entire procedure even though it was a long process and at the very end of the day. Not that I ever want to have another root canal, but if I do, I will definitely see Dr. Calkins again. I really appreciated the care and compassion he showed during what is typically a horrific process. Thank you to Dr. Calkins and his staff!
