We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Tyler Bray DMD, is a native Utahn and grew up in South Jordan City. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah. He then attended Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in South Jordan. After graduating from Dental School he moved to Bentonville, Arkansas where he practiced for 2 years before moving back to Utah. Although he enjoyed his experience in Arkansas, it has always been his dream to practice in Utah and serve the people that helped him be where he is today. Dr. Bray is a perfectionist. He is always pushing his education and attending continuing education in Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Invisalign. When he is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 boys. They enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, and exploring new places they have never been. He is also devoted fan of the Utah Utes, Utah Jazz, and Boston Redsox.

My family and I have been patients for almost 30 years and when the practice changed hands, I was apprehensive. However, Dr. Bray has been excellent and we continue to see him. Today my hygienist was Amy and she is one of the best I've ever had! Five stars all the way!

Clean and professional environment, With the latest technology. Dr. Frandsen worked on my tooth that had been previously filled and broke off with a new zirconium crown designed, produced and completely taken care of on the same day in house.... Knowledgeable friendly courteous and supportive staff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

I have been visiting these guys for my cleaning for about a year now and they are amazing. Amy is the best hygienist in the state and maybe the west. Also the Dr is amazing by far the easiest filling I have ever gotten. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly easy going dental office.

I have known some people from a previous Dr office.Emmy is amazing hygienist. Also, Dr is Great.I had great experience with them so far. I love going there and getting my teeth cleaned and taking care of. Great people, great experience.
