Showed up for a single cavity situation in the past, dentist said I had 16 cavities and wanted to start pulling a couple teeth that day! keep in mind I take care of my teeth!! I went to a dentist next town over in imperial for a second opinion, said I had only two cavities and no teeth needed to be pulled!!! Brawley clinic was obviously trying to take advantage and gain any income possible. I highly don't recommend this place!

Very unprofessional and unethical, making horrible comments and jokes the whole time. I would never recommend this office to anyone

I have been here 4 times now to get a cleaning (still only 1/2 done) they only want to clean 1 quadrant per visit (and bill the insurance $322 each visit). Had an appointment today, sat in the waiting area for almost an hour and a half. Then had to reschedule my unattended appointment anyway. This is beyond ridiculous and totally unacceptable for them to try to do business this way.

This is beyond ridiculous and totally unacceptable for them to try to do business this way.

(Translated by Google) I never give bad reviews, but today they did make me very angry, I know that the wait is always a lot but I do not care, in March of this year (2019) I took my son (6 years) to consult, they told me that he needed filling and that right there they could do it, the doctor insisted that he was there and the assistants told him he would not better refer the child to an Indian and he did not want, well, he had a cleaning appointment and from there he had his appointment for filling (July ) because even if it takes a long time to give you appointments, come and see me on time, the assistant who received us from the moment I take the vital signs to my son was telling him you are going to be playing or because if I am not going to give you another appointment, okay I held on, my son asked her questions and she answered very despotic yes or no or moved her finger to answer him, the doctor arrived and with his face angry as soon as he saw the child he said the safest thing is that we will not be able to do nothing to him because he is moving a lot, I said It's fine, his tooth fell asleep and when he wanted to give the injection the child shook his head and the doctor got angry and threw things up and said I was not going to be able to tell him, I got really angry because from the beginning If he was not competent, he would have told me, I would not have wasted my time and the humiliation that my son took, he left crying because they did not want to do anything to him, he did not make the effort to talk to the child or to want to do something to him, if they are not trained to take care of children, do not accept them anymore, and they still get angry because I let time pass and they grew cavities, if they take up to 3 weeks to make appointments (Original) Nunca doy malas resenas, pero hoy si me hicieron enojar muchisimo, se que la espera siempre es mucha pero no me importa, en marzo de este ano (2019) lleve a mi hijo (6 anos) a consulta, me dijeron que necesitaba relleno y que ahi mismo se lo podian hacer, el doctor insistio que el ahi se lo hacia y las asistentes le decian no mejor refiera al nino a indio y no quiso, bueno total que tuvo cita para limpieza y de ahi tuvo su cita para relleno (julio) porque hasta eso que tardan mucho para darte citas, llegue y me atendieron a tiempo, la asistente que nos recibio desde el momento que le tomo los signos vitales a mi hijo estaba diciendole vas a estar jugando o que porque si no te voy a dar otra cita, okay me aguante, mi hijo le hacia preguntas y ella respondia muy despota si o no o movia el dedo para responderle, llego el doctor y con su cara enojado en cuanto vio al nino dijo lo mas seguro es que no vamos a poder hacerle nada porque se esta moviendo mucho, le dije esta bien, le durmieron el diente y al momento de querer poner la inyeccion el nino movio la cabeza y el doctor se enojo avento las cosas y dijo le dije no se va a poder lo voy a referir, me enoje muchisimo porque desde un principio si no era competente me hubiera dicho, no hubiera perdido mi tiempo y la humillacion que se llevo mi hijo, salio llorando porque no le quisieron hacer nada, no hizo ni el esfuerzo de hablar con el nino o de querer hacerle algo, si no estan capacitados para atender ninos no los acepten y ya, y todavia se enojan porque deje pasar tiempo y le crecieron las caries, si ellos se tardan hasta 3 semanas en dar citas

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The bedside manner at this establishment is APPALLING. I brought my daughter in to have some fillings done, immediately was approached with an attitude from a dental assistant. I shrugged it off. It wasn't until DR. OLAH came in to begin that I was completely taken back by the MEAN and RUDE tone she had with my child. The entire duration of them proceeding to do ONE filling she verbally harassed my 5 YEAR OLD girl. Her demeanor was down right ABUSIVE. I told her not to talk to my child that way after she was already CRYING because of the way she was speaking to her. Her response was "I don't think you understand. I'm great at what I do." My child is extremely well behaved, she didn't understand why DR. OLAH was talking to her that way. DR. OLAH GRIPPED AND SCREAMED AT MY CHILD even after the first procedure was finished. SHE NEEDS TO BE STRIPPED OF HER LICENSE. My sweet baby girl has now suffered emotional trauma from this horrendous experience. I grabbed her to leave after one filling. Absolutely unacceptable, UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. These people should not be in practice. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I have never heard a medical professional speak that way to a CHILD before. Not to mention, her immediate approach to my little girl was, "DO YOU SPEAK ANY ENGLISH AT ALL??" In a clearly derogatory tone. Racial profiling? In a clinic full of working latinas?? Completely disrespectful. Nothing professional about this place and I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE FILING A COMPLAINT.
