Maria Bravo wants you to do things you can't besides your insurance, she had the nerve to lecture me like a crazy in need dentist.

SCAM! Maria Bravo starts with a lecture ever since she get in the room, telling me what to do with a ton like if she was a rude boss and not a dentist. In order to treat a single cavity you have to pay out of pocket a deep cleaning which sum $240.00 per quadrant plus $120.00( to irrigate) per tooth before the procedure, saying that the insurance doesn't cover it She won't see you if you don't do the deep cleaning ( isn't that weird), I told them that I want to do what my insurance covers first but she said NO. I will report her, besides her rudeness, she wants people to do things they don't want or can. Also, they keep you. For more than one hour just to give an estimate. Maria Bravo, you are the worst I've seen in a dentist.

Scam artists. Do NOT go here! They will charge you DOUBLE OR MORE what other dentists in the area charge for the same services. They also request that you do the procedure BEFORE getting authorization with your insurance which is a big no-no! If you do that, and your insurance doesn't cover it, you'll still be on the hook to pay for it because you had the work done! These people only care about making money, and are willing to completely rip you off in the name of profit!

On Nov. 29, 2021, I was in severe pain and went to Dr. Bravo because she is listed under "Endodontics" in my insurance network listing of care providers. Turns out she is clearly NOT an Endodontist (root canal specialist). She's a general dentist who does root canal procedures based on some training. Her office staff all told me she doesn't give referrals to a specialist, NO exceptions! In the reply to this review, they were extremely unethical and simply lied that they have a record of sending me a referral. They never sent a professional referral (they sent only the X-rays first and two days later the clinical notes). The endodontist's office has verified that fact. The endodontist made an exception for me because I was in pain and Bravo refused to do a referral. Dr. Bravo's convoluted treatment plan involved several phases and two molars when the issue was only with one molar! One to remove my crown and put "medicine" inside the root of the infected tooth. Also to make a temporary crown. To repeat the medication more than once as needed. Then, to finally do the root canal and put in a new crown. An office worker informed me that one patient had to have the crown removed 6 times to insert this special medicine before the pulp of the root was cleared of the infection! This didn't make sense, so I respectfully requested a referral to an endodontist for a 2nd opinion. (Spoiler alert: Eventually, a seasoned endodontist in Hollywood saved my crown by doing the root canal right through it, in one procedure, at a lower cost, covered by insurance! A week of antibiotics cured the gum infection. No need for all the painful, drawn-out "medicine" procedures which Bravo Dental so strongly recommended. Note: I waited nearly five weeks to make sure everything was okay with the root canal tooth, before writing this review. WARNING: If you need a root canal, go to a general dentist that is willing to give you a quick REFERRAL to an endodontist/specialist. Bravo Dental may be fine for general dental procedures, but they are all about their bottom line when it comes to specialist procedures.) The Bravo Dental office manager said I can get a 2nd opinion with an endodontist, but Dr. Bravo absolutely refuses to give any referrals because she does root canals herself. Her treatment plan was nearly $4,000 and I was in pain, yet they made me wait for 3 days to see if my insurance would cover the cost! After 3 painful days, they said my insurance would cover only about half, leaving me to pay nearly $2,000. The office manager actually told me if I go to an endodontist, it would cost much more and my Medicare dental insurance would not cover any specialists. She was so wrong! I called my insurance and they cover me 100% for an endodontist specialist. Nowadays, many Endodontists require a referral from your general dentist before they will make an appointment for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Bravo still refused to give a referral--she wanted the business for herself. Her office staff finally sent my X-rays via email, but in a coded file format that I couldn't even open. Another day lost waiting for them to resend the X-rays in an accessible file format. The endodontist received the X-rays but also needed Dr. Bravo's clinical notes. Two more painful days were lost waiting for the office manager to get around to emailing the clinical notes. Fortunately, despite their refusal to send a professional referral, I got to see a real Endodontist.

The best dentist !! Dr. Bravo and her staff are very professional, the place is very clean and the service is amazing! I had bad experiences in the past, and I am very happy that I came to this place. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. We have done deep cleaning, veneers and invisalign, and we are extremely happy with the results.

This place is great. I have been here for 2 years now, for myself my husband and daughter. My husband is really afraid of doctors and dentists and they were so welcoming, and helpful after he had not been to the dentist since childhood. They will take the time to breakdown costs and answer questions that you have. All the staff is professional and look happy to be there. I will stay a patient for my whole family's oral care.

I never claimed to be a patient, in fact, I consider myself to be very fortunate to avoid unprofessional places. I was merely a visitor and the bedside manner that I witnessed from Dr. Bravo was beyond rude. So for that reason you've earned my one star rating and will continue to do so beyond Google.

Yeo went in for a cleaning and the lady that did the cleaning said I have corpus spongiosum breath and laughed and spoke about it in Spanish as if I didn't understand her very offended

Love this place! Doctor and staff! Words cannot describe how comfortable and happy they make my family and I feel. My husband,daughters and sisters all go to Dr.Bravo and everytime we go we have an amazing experience, Thank you Dr.Bravo and staff for all you do and for treating us so great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a nice decent and honest doctor! Once again thank you so much for your services!

Absolutely fantastic. Went in for Emergency visit for my 5 year old and she calmed his anxiety, explained everything she was doing to make him feel comfortable and it calmed my anxiety also. Every visit he goes he doesn't have pain, which I'm forever thankful for.
