I have had to wait over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time both times I have been here. Every other medical care office I have been to confirmed my insurance several days before the appointment. At this office, they wait until your appointment time to get this info and apparently do not keep it on file from the previous visit. The actual dental cleaning service here is good but it's unacceptable to have to wait 45 minutes past a scheduled appointment time. Most professions would fire you for showing up 45 minutes late to a meeting. If you value your time, there are plenty of other dentist offices in DFW that will respect your time more than Bravo.

BEST DENTIST IVE BEEN TO BY FAR! I waited so long to go to the dentist out of fear from all the terrible visits I've had in the past. I can pleasantly say that I found the dentist for me! The staff and doctor are so welcoming and kind. Another great bonus is that they are reasonably priced! Definitely recommend to anyone!
