This is my first time here the doctor and staff are amazing Dr. Fields and her assistant Mayra and the front staff were so nice .. definitely will recommend Bravo !!!!!!

Haven't even been to the office yet & they get a 1 star. Literally have had pain in my mouth for a week. I've called many places to see if they took my insurance. This place said they did, but would double check to see if I had dental coverage. I have been waiting to get a confirmation call to confirm they do take my insurance. Today I received a text & call telling me to confirm. I called back to ask if they indeed accepted my insurance. I'm having to drive 35 mins without traffic & money is tight right now. I wanted to confirm before I waste time because no way I can pay for everything out of pocket. Spoke with a NATALIE Gonzales who stated she doesn't know anything because she usually works in the back. She then refused to ask anyone else to help. Instead of getting any answers she hangs up in my face!!! Then I called back 3 times no answer. The forth time she picked up the phone & said "YES!?" She knew it was me!! Very rude & unprofessional to be so incompetent about a job she agreed to. Told me idk what to tell you go somewhere else or reschedule. But I'm obviously coming for a reason!!! I will be speaking to the office manager tomorrow. I also hope to see Natalie. It's so easy to be an A S S over the phone, but let's see how mean you are to my face. And any office allowing such ugly attitudes deserves 1 star as well. I will update my review IF they prove different than my first encounter. -Eboni Rogers

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. Had an amazing experience with this office, highly recommend.

Best Dental Experience! I'm so impressed with the care and attention the entire staff of this clinic has with the patients. I came in mainly for my wisdom teeth and I'm really happy with how Dr. Choi, his team Fabi, Natalie and Mayra treated me. Dr. Choi & Natalie explained my treatment very well and answered all the questions I had after my exam. They made sure that I felt comfortable thru out my whole procedure. The front desk assistant and Fabi greeted me as I walked in and was very helpful with the process been a patient for a couple years . Definitely looking forward to continuing my treatment here! Thank you for taking care of the community Bravo Dental

FROM WHEN I CAME IN FRONT DESK WAS AWSOME AND ALSO THE BACK, THE STAFF REALLY NEED A RACE, HAD ABSOLUTELY GREAT ATTITUDE, REALLY APPRECIATE THEM, I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE AND EVERYONE HERE TO BRAVO, GOD BLESS THEM.

Went there to get my exam and the doctor and assistants are really nice, they make you feel safe when I am terrified of the dentist. I really like coming here to get my dental work done and Dr. Vaqar is a sweetheart.

This place is a rip off they took 50.00 dollars and deceived me and did not clean my teeth . Do not trust these reprabates they lie to get your money and prices are twice is high as a reputable Dentists. Mary.
