Trust i Was uncomfortable when got there but very comfortable when leaving and With A great team that also new how to put a plan together in a time of need as well so if I had more money I would run back to allow them finish the work to that office because the trust there! & also they allows you to understand what needed to keep your mouth heathy even if it comes to referrals so that visit was worth it we must say

Staff was very professional and detailed efficient and did a wonderful job explaining every detail on my treatment.Staff was friendly I felt comfortable.I can't think of anything bad to say about staff in Bravo Bf.As I said before very professional.I have seen a few dentist Dr Shirley is the best from my past experiences.She was very detailed and pay attention to all my needs and questions.Again she by far the best dentist I ever had.

Listen, I was a little skeptical at first BUT, after the first visit I was SOLD. Dr. Shirley was so AWESOME to the point I made appointments for my Mom and step Dad. Dr. Shirley "bedside manners" are of the utmost respect, importance and needed, the staff Monica, George Betty, Minerva, and Theresa has yet to lack in professionalism. The total Bravo Dental Experience we received at the Bluitt Flowers location inside the Parkland Clinic has my entire family's vote. Thank you Dr. Shirley!!!

I just love this place. Everyone takes care of you and they are great in detail. I got my new smile from Bravo Dental. They make going to the dentist a breeze.

They have rude workers at the front desk. A friend tried paying on her child account and it came up with zero balance them she tried another 0ption and that two said the same thing. So the very next day they attach a 50 dollar late fee on her bill. She then went to thier office and asked questions about the late fee and the receptionist was very rude and she asked to speak to someone else none was there to speak to her concerns. She tried to show the screen shot she save to her phone and she said she didnt want to see it. This is unacceptable because that's messing with people money. And when she did speak with somebody in the fiance department she was told it was nothing they can do about it. Last month the due date fell on the weekend and it wasnt explained that the payment could have been paid since it was the weekend and so an late fee was attached. She thought it was suppose to be done during business hours for a work day Mon thru Fri. Also you ca
