I have had bad experiences at the dentist throughout my life and because of this I neglected my teeth for a long time. About a year ago I gave dr bratton a shot after someone recommended her. She has done root canals, fillings, extractions on me you name it. I no longer have a fear of the dentist. She makes sure you're 100% comfortable. It is always a good experience going to that office and dealing with any of them.

Posting for my parents. They are extremely happy with their dentures. Dr. Bratton referred the extractions out and then we came back to get the dentures done. I must say that the staff was incredibly kind to my elderly parents. Thank you!

Bratton Dental Company does not deserve even one star. Randie and Dr. Bratton have taken nearly $3,500 from my 84 year old mother to provide her with an upper denture and a bottom partial. As of today my mother has nothing that actually fits in her mouth well enough for her to wear them. The dental office says she is a difficult patient. Well if you plan to blame your patients and take their money you should tell them in advance. My mother went to Dr. Hatcher for 10 years and trusted these people. Big Mistake. Don't go here. Find any other dentist.

Dr Bratton is phenomenal! I first started seeing her as my dentist and we started to talk about my discomfort with my jaw specifically my left side. She advised on some first steps we could make to help with the pain and go from there. Within the last two months the pain has been so intense and even with chiropractic care I was looking for a more permanent change in my TMJ as I was starting to regularly have to use ear drops. She used Botox to treat it and it's been the best thing ever I feel like I'm getting my life back. She truly cares about her patients and works to find the best solutions tailored to you. I live in Kansas City but I will drive to St Joe to continue to get her amazing care! Office and staff are fantastic too! Call and book today!

Incredibly rude and nosy. Asked if they accepted my insurance provider (Humana) and I was asked whether it was through my employer or Medicare (I'm 30 yrs old...). What business is it of theirs? It's not. I was hung up on once I inquired why it was the person answering the phones business. It took two calls before a dental hygienist who was on lunch to answer my question to find out if they took my insurance or not. Take your business elsewhere. This place is disorganized and rude. If you want to be treated like trash, go here.

I absolutely adore this company. Dr. Bratton is so kind, assuring, motivating, and supportive. She is providing us with an abundance of useful information that I will utilize for the rest of my life. She has dedicated her time to helping our family.

I just moved to St. Joe a couple of weeks ago and they are one of the closest to my new house. I was expecting to see a Dr Hatcher but instead was introduced to Dr. Bratton who apparently just took over for Dr Hatcher. I met Marcia at the front desk, Ashton and Tracie (spelling?) the hygienists and Kelsi was my final stop before meeting Dr Bratton. I feel so lucky to have met them and everyone else at this office. I'm a fan for life and thank you for the perfect crowns all done in one day

If you're nervous about visiting a dentist, Dr. Bratton Is the person you need to see. She's extremely talented but more importantly, makes you feel at ease in her office. Would highly recommend to anyone who's searching for a new dental office in St. Joseph 10/10
