I have actually been really pleased with my experiences at Brattleboro dental care. I love the doctors, and everyone else who works there have always been so pleasant. The reason I'm giving a 3 star review is because I have been a loyal patient, and I have spent about 10k in the last probably 1.5 years there and I had to cancel an appointment I had scheduled today and I was told that I have to pay a $25 cancellation fee before rescheduling. I understand fees, I really do, but I didn't just not show up, I informed them I had to cancel, my daughter is having chest pain and that's a little more important than my dental cleaning. I've never just been a no show and I have had a lot of appointments there this past year. I realize I'm being a bit petty about a cancellation fee, but it really deters me from wanting to continue my business with them in the future. Edit: I changed back to a 5 start for the Great customer service since this happened. I apologize for how I handled things. Giving a negative review is not something I normally do, I was having an abnormally rough time personally with one of my children and this small inconvenience sent me over the edge, and I should've just let it go, and moved on, my apologies!

I had a great new patient experience! They helped to ensure my insurance covered X-rays, they did a meticulous job with the dental cleaning and the toothbrush and mineral toothpaste they gave me are from a sustainable brand. All of the above combined with their care, expertise, and professionalism is why I will be a loyal client going forward.

Even though I just moved here from out of state & I had no dentist yet the were able to see me when my crown broke off right away. They were polite, professional, & prompt on the phone & at my visit. I was so grateful & so relieved to have found a great dentist & dentist office here!

The wait was a few minutes after appointment. Handled my needs,explained things to do and change. Allowed me to come back with health savings card to pay my bill

I called as new patient with a pain issue and they fit me in the next day . The office was lovely and Dr Ganatra was patient, professional and thorough. She suggested an approach that was reassuring and I will definitely be going back!

My cleaning last month was the first time in 40+ years I didn't have a nervous breakdown Todays visit was the same! dr G was so kind and patient and explained everything prior to the exam I'm so so glad they were accepting new patients. I've finally found my dental care crew!

I woke up with my face swollen. I had a broken some teeth and they were infected. I called and got right in the Dr. Pulled my teeth gave me meds and all was good all the staff were awesome.
