I had a tooth explode , so I was directed to this dentist.2 x-rays& they had to take out 1.5 teeth.10 days later mouth is still sore and showing signs of infection.their phones & website are GONE!! Quality what?? Please don't go there.)88hours @emergencyroom will be better.worst practice ever.

Worse place to go to. One ghetto place no one knows there whats going on, very unprofessional staff and doctor. who knows if she is even a real doctor or what. DONOT go believe me you will regret it.

Did not like how impersonal the dentist was. She did not explain much as she went through my cleaning, nor care to the fact that I was uncomfortable during the process. As the client, you can feel that it's about how much they want to rush to add onto the bill. Will not be returning!

This place it's great great staff they took me in I had a wisdom tooth extraction love the Dominican lady the dental assistant she was good to me. Love and kind I will recommend this place

I went in on 11/27/18 with my mother for her to get her new dentures, Dr. Bhatia during the first session insisted that my mother needed to remove all her bottom teeth and get dentures for the bottom as well, which my mother did not agree she rather have them fall off naturally. Today was about the first session my mother was not happy with they way they fit she asked Dr. Bhatia to reline the dentures and have them sent to the lab in order to have them repaired to the proper fit. Dr. Bhatia insisted my mother took them home for a week or two, I told her why would my mother sign off on it, and take them home when they were clearly falling off her mouth they were too big. De.Bhatia at that moment put more of a paste material on the dentures and proceeded to put them inside my mothers mouth. Which you can clearly see she was being very aggressive and mother was not comfortable at all the Dr.Bhatia was shoving them in there like my mother was an animal so I told her to be more gentle suddenly she says that's the best she can do. Walk out the room saying "go someplace else" ... Seriously how rude was that very unproffesional I do not recommend this dentist to any one !!!! Do not go there!!!! My mother told the doctor on the second session they were too lose had the doctor listen to my mother the dentures would had fit. And for her yo tell my mother that if any changes were needed that would be fixed during the last session, which was today my mother told her they needed to be tighter all she needed to do was resend them to the lab!!! The doctor wanted to practically force my mother to sign off stating she was satisfied with the fit size color of the dentures when that was not the case all that doctor wants is money !!!!!!! Not right please do not go there I wish I would of realized the rating is everything when I told my mother to here initially they had 3.2 rating ,,, it's for a reason horrible dentist don't go here

Never come here they like to talk about your business to people !!!! One chick that works behind the desks is rude as hell me n my family are out of here n i will let people know how this place works ...good luck brass dental

Went in for simple routine cleaning. Waited 45 minutes just to get called In then another 20 minutes at the chair for someone to even stop by. Don't come here, there's way better options

Had an appt February 26! Broke a tooth, had lot of pain. For some reason after I had cleaning done, the new dentist who didnt introduce herself, not even saw her face, talks behind me, mentioned that I needed a root canal had to wait 3-4 weeks for an approval. I called after 4 weeks to see if I got an approval said no, and that I had to wait for 6-8 weeks. This dentist did not gave me any antibiotics, or pain medication, the infection blocked half of my face, it spread everywhere, my gums were bleeding, lost 10% hearing on right ear,this was an emergency and no seemed to care. I called again and they said no answer, put me an hold, she said it got denied because insurace wrote ,the laser puts people at risk, and asked if I can pay on cash. My cousin which is a nurse said the insurance does not care for patients health but the new method of laser is more expensive, and had to find another dentist, put me on antibiotics, pain medicine, within 5 days got my tooth done, root canal, cleaned it nice, pain went 100% away, had a filling, approved from insurance.I highly recommend Smile Rite Dental Care in Southington CT. Thank God found this new dentist.

I went for an exam and cleaning, the cleaning was the best I've had, wait was not long at all. All of front desk was extremely nice and very respectful. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

This small but busy practice is a hidden gem. I had a root canal that went very well without much discomfort. Then I got two crowns. So far so good. They've honored my dental insurance as well. Dr Bhatia does a good job and explains what she needs to do. Very friendly staff. I believe they go the extra mile to make the patients comfortable.
