Dr. Yarbrough was born and raised in Clarksville. After graduating from Clarksville High School, he received his undergraduate degree from Austin Peay State University. He graduated from the University of Tennessee-Memphis Dental School in 1992 and completed a General Practice Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1994.
Dr. Yarbrough has 4 children, Jacksen, Rachyl Ann, Oakley and Judah with his wife, Teren, who is a pediatric nurse at Monroe Carrell Childrens Hospital at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. He enjoys running, duck and turkey hunting, and snow skiing.
He also has participated in Camp Rainbow, a camp that caters to the needs of seriously ill children whose medical problems keeps them from attending regular camps, since 1994. He has been involved with the Good Samaritan Dental Clinic and the 8th District Dental Society. He and his family attend Grace Community Church.

Janice is a native of Clarksville with over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She has worked with Dr. Brannen and Yarbrough since 2008. She is the office manager and one of the first faces you see when coming into our office. She handles insurance coordination, treatment coordination, billing and scheduling.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and her husband, Chris, enjoy watching their grandson Max in whatever sport he is playing at the time. The beach is her happy place. She and her husband enjoy spending as much time as possible there.
Casi began her hygiene career while serving in the military. In 2005 she became a Registered Dental Hygienist from TSU after which she found her forever home at Dr. Brannen and Yarbrough's office in 2006.
She is a member of the Guild of Clarksville and attends Life Point Church. She loves making people laugh and always tries to bring a little sunshine to someone's gloomy day. Come in and see Casi, she is quick with a gentle hand and will brighten your smile!

Great experience as always. I was seen at the appointment time. Everyone during my experience was courteous, professional, and took the time to listen to any concerns I had. Dr. Yarbrough was fantastic and so was everyone else at the office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yarbrough for 11 years. He has extracted my wisdom teeth, replaced a partial, handled all my regular cleaning, made me a mouth guard for my teeth grinding and just recently he put 3 crowns overs the front teeth that needed root canals. He always does a good job and I have never had a problem. I had a lot of anxiety over these crowns but he did an awesome job. They look better than my original teeth in my opinion. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit at Volunteer Dental and my experience was amazing! The service was phenomenal, all of my questions were answered, and my concerns were addressed. Dr. Jay's expertise was on point. I walked out of there with a dental plan, how much everything will be, and future appointments. I would highly recommend!

Amazing doctor! Extremely kind and explains everything! Highly recommend Dr Yarbrough! The front staff was so friendly and welcoming when I called to schedule as a new patient and when I came in. Front staff can make or break me if I go anywhere. So that was a huge bonus! Keep up the great work. I will definitely send people your way.
