My 16 y/o son needed his 4 wisdom teeth extracted and our dentists recommended Brandywine Oral Surgery. What a phenomenal experience we had from the initial consultation to the surgery date. I appreciated the care and the fact that the Dr Chun called us the day after to check in on him. His recovery was uneventful- thank goodness as it meant he healed properly and without any issues. I highly recommend Brandywine Oral Surgery.

My family and I absolutely love Dr. Famigilo and his staff. They are the best! Not only do they do great work but they really care about their patients. My husband and I had several implants done. I recommend them highly!

As a dental hygienist I was very pleased with my visit to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Famiglio and staff were all very kind and professional! I highly recommend this oral surgeon, I had a very comfortable procedure with great results!

I had a pretty good experience here; nobody else in the area would fit me into the schedule as soon as Dr. Famiglio could. If you're in emergency pain I'd give this office a call as they will be in constant communication - that's important when undergoing a surgical operation! While the others wouldn't even pick up the phone, Dr. Famiglio and staff made sure I was in as soon as a spot opened up. Thank you.

Called 6 offices. No one would take me as an emergency. I came from a distance for help after visiting the ER. What a kind and compassionate place. Dr. Famiglio and his staff I can't thank enough. I will be coming back for my implants. The traveling is so worth it!

I had a great experience. Needing six teeth removed, Dr.Famiglio and his aides created a relaxing atmosphere and then took care of business. Two days later now I'm healing and pain free. Have confidence selecting this practice!

Dr. Pete and the whole staff were awesome. No one loves oral surgery - but the staff there made the whole thing easy and professional. Would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Their customer service has gone downhill in the past few years. Also be aware they are still acting like it's the middle of the pandemic. I was not able to go in with my minor son. I had to fill out paperwork in my car. If you want a normal experience look elsewhere.

Great Doctor and great staff! I had an "all on six" after meeting with 2 other practices. This was by far the best choice. Procedure went well and now I can smile again with out being embarrassed. This was a costly event that had to be done by the right doctor. My life is forever changed thank you Dr Famiglio and staff.

Update: It is now July, 2022, and I just received a statement for $352 for the same no-show charge they have not been responsive about since May of 2021. In fact, they have not reached out to me via mail or phone since I submitted my BBB complaints 5 months or so ago. This statement says 121+ days past due. Is this how this place operates?! What can I do to get rid of these Con Artists? They are non-responsive and clearly fraud. This business has terrible billing practices and is not respectable. In May 2021 they were referred to me by my family dentist for a consultation. I went to the office for a consultation for a tooth extraction and possible implant prep. After the consultation I was advised of 3 possible options, and was also advised that I would receive an estimate of the cost for each so I can decide which one I wanted to go with. As the weeks and days approach my surgery, I called the office no less than 5 times to obtain the estimate so I could make the choice best for me. Each time I was advised not to worry they will have it. The day of the surgery I went into the office and was immediately met with a young woman who told me I have to pay them $350 for the service. I asked her what service, since I had not made an election, and I wanted to see the cost for all 3. She immediately gave me an attitude and tells me she doesn't have what I needed and asked me what I wanted to do. I immediately turned around and left out of frustration. In September I received a statement informing me I owe $372, $300 of which was for no-show charge for failing to show up for an appointment. After numerous phone calls to billing and voicemails, no one returned my calls. I then spoke with the Office Manager who appeared to understand my position and advised me that she will make efforts to get the charge reversed. I called on December 6th after receiving a late notice and was met, yet again, by another person with an attitude. She tells me to hold and then the phone hangs up. I wrote a negative review here on the same day (December 6th) and received a phone call almost immediately. The lady stated that if I remove the negative review, they will adjust the statement and remove the $300 no-show charge. I reluctantly agreed and removed the review. a number of days past and no follow up. I received another call a few days later advising me that they received a Better Business Bureau request for information and if I cancel that complaint, they will go ahead and remove the charge. This time I refused to cancel the complaint until they removed the charge. It is now December 19th and after numerous unanswered calls to the office I decided to repost my review. It is my opinion is that this business does not operate on the up and up, and in fact, the place I ultimately went to get the surgery gave me an estimate of all 3 options the day of the consultation. In fact, they reimbursed me $80 because they overestimated on the cost. That was all I wanted from this place and couldn't get it. I would not recommend them, because of the office and business behavior, not a judgment on the dental service, which I did not experience. UPDATE: It is now January 11th, 2022 and I am still unable to get someone to return my call about the statement, which is more than 90-120 days according to the bill, even though I received the first one 90 days after the appointment. I submitted a BBB complaint in early December, and more than a month later they still have not even responded to the complaint. I am in the process of discussing this with my dentist to not ever refer patients to this office anymore. They are, indeed, scamming their patients.

Dr. Chun performed my oral surgery. In my 55 years on this earth and numerous Dr. appointments I found my surgery and care to be the best I have ever received. Oral surgery, being unpleasant by nature, was made very bearable with little anxiety all because of the professional care, communication , and kindness displayed by Dr. Chun. She even took the time to follow up with a phone call the next day to see how I was feeling. This office and Dr. are special and I would strongly recommend their professional services to anyone in search of an outstanding Oral Surgeon.

Almost zero pain, zero swelling! Couldn't have gone any quicker or smoother, I really appreciated how amazing everyone was! They checked up on me the following night, and answered any questions I had the following day about the medications! My only complaint is the 'recovery room' gave me a full blow panic attack, I think the Covid rules not letting someone in the room with you is pretty silly! I was fresh out of surgery and freaking out. My apologies to the very nice staff that had to deal with me trying to run away!! But maybe let the patients bring their phones at least for comfort

Highly recommend Brandywine Oral Surgery! Dr. Chun and her team were great from start to finish with our son and his impacted wisdom teeth. They worked around our schedule by getting us in so quickly (before baseball season). Everything went as planned. It's been two weeks now and all is healed nicely and he is back to eating all the foods he loves. Loved the follow-up calls and were only a phone call away over the weekend when we had some questions. Very responsive and caring! I'll be back to schedule my other college-age son for the extraction of his wisdom teeth!

Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to satisfy his patients. I highly recommend this practice you will not be disappointed!
