Dr. Pandya is a committed family dentist and strives to stay abreast with the latest innovations and techniques in cosmetic dentistry through completed advanced courses at the Pankey Institute, Dawson Academy, and the Spears Institute.
Dr. Shefali Pandya received her dental degree from University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 1999. She has been a practicing Delaware dentist for over 20 years. Dr. Pandya is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Delaware State Dental Society. She served as the Attending Dentist for 2 years at the Medical Center of Delaware.
Dr. Pandya has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Eleanor Bushee Senior Woman Dental Award, member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society, and Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholars Program.
In addition to her work as a private cosmetic dentist practitioner, Dr. Pandya has volunteered her services with Operation Smile on two separate missions in Bolivia as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide medical treatment to children with cleft palates and cleft lips. During the two missions, several hundred children had successful corrective surgery which dramatically improved their quality of life.
We will take reasonable steps to provide free-of-charge language assistance services to people who speak languages we are likely to hear in our practice and who dont speak English well enough to talk to us about the dental care we are providing.
