I took my 3 year old son here too have a exam and Dr Jimenez was very patient with him and answer all me and my husband concern very professional I definitely would recommend his practice staff was very friendly and courteous.

If you're trying to figure out where to get your wisdom teeth pulled, this is the place! I was supposed to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled 20 years ago but I kept putting it off because I was scared and unsure of what to expect. Both my bottom teeth were impacted and laying completely sideways so this scared me. I was scared and nervous all the way up to day of removal. The morning I got there I was taken to the back with my wife the assistant had me get comfortable and then told me to gargle mouthwash. The Dr then came in and had a conversation with me made me feel really relaxed and then put an iv in my hand and asked me a question, the next thing I know it was over. I felt 0 pain the entire time. The recovery was just as easy, my face never swelled up and the pain was never that bad. I wish I would have done this sooner. I felt like getting a filling is more painful. If you were like me and searched a thousand different places to see where to go, I highly recommend this place. If I had to do it again I would do it with out hesitation.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Jimenez and his staff. I had an extraction a week ago and it all went well. Every one is sooooo nice and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend his office!

Dr. Jimenez is professional, friendly and an expert in the field. He did some work for my elderly father who had Alzheimer's, and was gentle and compassionate. His pricing is very fair, considering the high quality of care provided.

I was recommended to Dr. Jimenez from my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous because I have never had a tooth removed before. I am also terrified of needles. Everyone was extremely nice in the office and made me feel comfortable. I sat down in the chair and the doctor started to numb the problem area and I didn't feel a thing! I waited about 10 minutes for the anesthetic to kick in and he came back in. The doctor had the tooth out in under a minute. I was completely shocked! I said "Thats it"? I lost sleep over this and it was completely painless and extremely fast. If I ever need anything done again I will only be going here. Thank you guys!

Glad I went to them for an extraction. Front office was very kind. They got me in the next day and my extraction went smoothly, healing was surprisingly fast and they were much cheaper than other places without feeling like I received cheap service.

I have had bad traumatic experiences with dentists and this wasn't one of them. I was well informed of what they were doing up to the cost. They answered any of my questions which made me feel more comfortable about the procedure. I had one last wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled. And the best part is they called after to check up on me. It's been some weeks after and the gum had healed well. I just like that they explained what they were doing even if I couldn't answer since they were operating. Definitely a great experience.

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Jimenez yesterday. The experience was exceptional from start to finish! We arrived at 10am and were walking out the door finished at 10:30. Today she has no pain and no swelling. I highly recommend him for any oral surgery needs!

The best experience! Dr. Jimenez and his team took great care of me from the moment I walked in the door. Caring, knowledgeable and professional services is THE standard of care at this office. The entire process was explained in language I could understand (not technical or confusing). Very accommodating when making appointments AND there is no wait - at my scheduled appointment time I was seated in the chair. Each follow up appointment went smoothly as well. Called at 1:45. Voice-mail. Said their office is closed till one. I was referred to this office by my mom, who is a patient. Spoke to answering service. They would not take a message. They said the Dr. Does not want messages. I guess he does not want new patients either. Finding a new doctor. This is not out of the owner's control. He could instruct his answering service to take messages. I am questioning level of care I would get if I could not even leave a message. I have never met a business owner so helpless.

Best experience someone could have when having their wisdom teeth removed. It was way better than I expected, as the worst part of the whole experience was eating. I personally experienced nearly zero pain and barely any swelling, I only took Advil for a day, as instructed by Dr. Felix. Dr Felix and his assistant took about 25 minutes for everything, including the stitching on 2 of 4 teeth. They had no problems with me coming back in for a check up when I thought I had an issue, and during that check up Dr Felix told me to come back again if I felt I needed to. 10/10 Wish I would have had went to Dr Felix's office sooner. Oh, great taste in music during the procedure.

Had 3 wisdom teeth removed with 4 total appointments. The staff is always incredibly kind, patient and even filed the insurance claim for me. I would suggest him to anyone who is looking for an oral surgeon.
