This office and all of it's staff , especially Brandon and his assistant have always been accommodating and professional. There seems to be an concentrated effort to discredit this fine business and staff for some other reason. I have been helped when an emergency developed and they fit me in so I could be seen. Brandon is an ACE and the negatives here seem collusive. If you disregard them it is a 5 star group.

Best dentist in Wilmington for the kiddos! Our kids have been patients for almost a decade. Staff is always caring and compassionate, especially when the kids feel scared. They allow mom to be in the exam room and will do the exam with small kids in lap to ease fear and feel comfortable. Dr. Ferrell, his hygienists and front desk staff are patient and kind always. You can find rgeat dental healthcare and humanity at Brush!

I have been going to Brush Dental for years. I've never had a bad experience. Dr. Farrell and his staff are very nice, caring and thoughtful. Dr Farrell makes me feel comfortable and his work is awesome. I would highly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. Dr. Farrell, Brooks, and the rest of the staff were amazing, kind, straight-forward, and economical. I had an emergency situation and they calmed me while fixing the problem. I am so lucky that I was referred to them and Brooks is an absolute angel! I would give 10 stars if I could

Dr. Farrell is a Great dentist, he is quick at what is does, and able to numb you very effortlessly. The first two times I came to this dentist I was so happy!! With that being said, with teeth extractions come a possibility of complications, the biggest one being a dry socket. If you have ever had one, you know that it is an excruciating pain that you wouldn't wish on anyone. After my tooth extraction I was prescribed no pain meds, which was fine because I didn't plan on gettin a dry socket....well, I did and I sat 5 long days in pain because I had no medication to help me. When I finally got back he packs it and sent me on my way, warning that it may fall back out. I come home and it falls out so I call back up there and ask for some pain meds to hold me over until they can see me again and they don't prescribe them??? I don't see how you can be a dentist, learn about the intensity of dry socket pain and cause your patient to sit for a week with no meds??? So I'd just go to a different dentist to prevent yourself from pain with no help.

Dr. Farrell is by far the best dentist I've been to. He is quick, professional and does quality work. His other employees perform just as expected from a quality dentist. Highly recommend
