You need to fire that front desk girl. She is very rude. All over the place. While trying to set up an appointment to get my teeth clean she is not clear on what she is saying or doing. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. When I called back she coped and attitude and told me that my appointment is tmrw for 2pm. She does not know office edict and how to properly speak to a client. Also I had my fillings done here. They were done improperly. I have extreme sensitivity on the side he did the fillings. I went back to tell him and he didn't fix anything. My filling fell out just recently and now I have a big whole in my tooth. If I could give less than a one star I would

got hired and the doctor was a terrible individual very rude and disrespectful and they still have yet to pay me I've been calling for two weeks !!!

I haven't been to Denstist in a while because of the bad experiences with other offices, but let me say this Dr. Williams and his staff was AMAZING AMAZING. I have a perfect smile again. Thanks to everyone @ Eagle Family Denstist ~Tracy

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! HE IS VERY UNSTERILE , USES SAME TOOLS BEHIND PEOPLE AND DOES NOT CHANGE OUT HIS GLOVES! THIS IS A BACTERIAL INFECTION ON SOMEBODY WAITING TO HAPPEN. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS DENTIST.HE MONEY HUNGRY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. HE DONT WANT PARENTS IN THE BACK AND HAD KIDS SCREAMING CRYING TRAUMATIZING THEM. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW HE IS STILL IN BUISNESS AFTER ALL THE NEGATIVE FEED BACK.LETS SHUT HIM DOWN BY SIMPLY NOT GOING AND NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH DR.HAGLER. HE DROPS THE SUCTION AND PUTS IT RIGHT BACK IN YOUR MOUTH. ALSO THE BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH TERMITES! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING.

This man so rude! The wait is way too long my appointment was at 12:15 didn't see him until 3pm I was stuck over 6 times and he kept man handling me. He talks to his staff like they are not human I should've only imagined how'd he handle me and constantly tried to say I'm the issue. I only reacted the way I did because I didn't like his tone and the way he kept jugging me with needles after I kept saying it hurts! Kept drilling my tooth after I SAID IT HURTS! IT DIDNT WORK AFTER THE FIRST 4 STICKS WHY STICK ME TWO MORE TIMES AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK?!! HE SO RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE NEVER AGAIN I SHOULDVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS.

GM. Had an appt for 10am saw Dr. Williams i was scared but him and the young lady helped me ease my mind he is great got in there got 2 teeths pulled and didn't feel anything. I'm not scared to go to the dentist no more Thanks to the staff and Dr. Williams. Thank Yall so,so,so much. From Nicole

I am an existing customer , and despite coming here for upward of 4 years , they scheduled me at 9am apt. However, upon arriving , the business was closed. Nobody called me after making the appointment to accommodate business opens and closures. People have other things planned and jobs to do . Completely unprofessional.

I've always had a pleasant experience with the Doc and the staff. They were especially comforting during the pandemic easing my anxiety about returning to the office.

I love the atmosphere from the waiting area to the examining rooms. What I don't like is having an appointment for 12:00 p.m. and being seen at 1:30 p.m.for a cleaning, there should be more than one dental hygienist.

Love love love.....My mother has been a patient of Dr. Hagler for some time now.... I was looking for a new dental office so she recommended that I go to Dr. Hagler's office....I am glad that I did. During the pandemic ...I received great friendly service from the staff, exceptional dental work such as examination, cleaning, and an adjustment. Both Dr. Williams and Dr. Hagler took the time that was necessary to provide me with the proper treatment that I deserved and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving the office. What really stood out to me the most and was super important to me was that the staff wore their mask correctly and made sure that they sanitized the areas after each patient. As we all know during the pandemic the quality of services in the community changed significantly in not such a great way...NOT HERE....I received excellent friendly services. What this tells me is that Dr. Hagler takes great pride in representing his office, provides awesome training for his staff and does not tolerate foolishness.....if my name was on the outside of the building....I would do the same. Great team work! I look forward to my next visit! Thank you Eagle Family Dental!!!!

Unprofessional & don't care about their patients needs. Perform 2 tooth extractions & sent me on my way with prescriptions without a signature. Then I had to wait to get them to be signed. Also waited 2 hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment.
