I enjoy working closely with my teammates to provide quality Five Star care to all our wonderful patients. We all feel so rewarded when patients have a good experience and refer other friends and family members just like themselves! My time away from dentistry is spent with my husband, our two grown children and six grandchildren. When Im not with the family, you can find me gardening, reading, or gathering with friends.

Im in my 41st year of practicing dental hygiene after graduating from Idaho State University, despite having grown up in San Juan Capistrano. I truly enjoy coaching our patients about the important connection between oral hygiene and overall health. I feel our office is particularly suited to this endeavor as we employ an unusually experienced team of professionals. We all love dentistry and work hard to ensure the comfort of all our patients while taking care of their dental needs and desires. 35 years ago, I made the good decision to marry Doug and weve been blessed with two sons who are firefighters, are married, and live locally with our two granddaughters who have introduced us to the joys of being grandparents. We enjoy getting together for family dinners & celebrations, vacations in our motorhomes, and completing home projects. After my spinal cord injury 23 years ago, I personally have an on-going commitment to learning about better nutrition, regular exercise, and avoiding disease. Additionally, I enjoy cooking & baking, connecting with friends over lunch or coffee, reading, road trips, and seeking regular sunshine.

I have been in the dental field since 1978, taking 4 years off to raise my children. I have been very fortunate to have been working in our office for over 10 years. I really enjoy coming to work and helping individuals with their dental concerns. It is such a pleasure when they are finished with their treatment and leave with a smile. The biggest reward is providing comfort to those patients that have had unfortunate dental experiences growing up and helping them build trust in our office. I have seen that happen here many times and it is a tribute to our team for their compassion and loving support. I couldnt be happier than to have Dr. Curfews excellent dentistry and wonderful personality to make our team as strong as it is. I have been fortunate enough to live in San Clemente since 1976 and raise my children with my husband of 34 years. Our family has experienced many fun activities during the growing years, camping, boating, hiking, and traveling. Our household has quieted down now that my daughter is married and my son has his own apartment. Enjoying the life in San Clemente.

I love our team and enjoy working with people who love what they do. Ive been working as a dental hygienist for over 21 years and love working with Dr. Curfew. I have confidence in his clinical skills and I know our patients will be treated with the most advanced care in a compassionate, professional manner. Married with 4 children, I enjoy spending time with my family, serving in church, & tackling projects around the house. I have one son in college & another on his church mission in Guatemala. My other two are at home & growing up too fast! In what spare time is left over, you will find me at the stables taking care of my horse, making endless trips to Costco, & hiking our local hills.

I have been a dental hygienist for 2 years and graduated from Cypress College. Its a privilege to have the ability to transform a persons oral health and overall health at the same time! I love being an advocate for my patients, working as a team to better their lives. Working at San Clemente Smiles has been a dream. I have lived in San Clemente since I was 4, and am an alumni of San Clemente High School. It is so much fun practicing dentistry in the city I was raised in. Im a newlywed to my amazing husband Stephen, who works for the fire department. We look forward to having kids and dogs someday! We enjoy trips to Lake Havasu to boat in the summer and off-road in the winter. We also love going to country concerts and watching many movies!

I have been a dental hygienist for over 40 years and have been with San Clemente Smiles for 15 of those years! Through the years I have seen many changes in the field, but the one thing that remains the same for me is the way we care for our patients. I am blessed every day by the smiles and life stories of each of our dental family friends. I especially love our little ones who come to ride and slide in the big chair and love to help me with the snorkel straw and the water sprinkler. I stay current with the latest trends in dentistry through my membership in dental study groups.

I am a wife, mother and grandmother. Family is my greatest joy in life, and that is why I am so fortunate to say that our team at San Clemente Smiles has become my home away from home. We are family here and our door is always open to welcome and care for those that find their dental home with us. We care about you. We welcome you!

I am a Registered Dental Assistant, and have worked in the dental field for almost 30 years. I have worked in practices in the San Clemente area for the past 20. I am excited to be on this team, especially when I get to do an Invisalign case. Its so rewarding to see the changes that patients go through. I love helping children and adults. We have a lot of fun as we work together to achieve their most beautiful smile. I live in Mission Viejo with my husband, Bruce, and college daughter, Brianna. We enjoy going to the beach, traveling around the states and other countries. I also enjoy baking and doing crafts.

I so enjoy working with our awesome team. This is truly one of the most fun, caring and professional offices Ive ever worked in & it is wonderful knowing our team truly cares about our patients. I enjoy assisting Dr. Curfew chair side as it gives me a front row seat to his clinical expertise and calming demeanor with all those in our dental family. His cosmetic dentistry is such that we truly get to see a personal transformation in the confidence level of many of our patients. If Im not dental assisting, you might find me at the front office or even taking a photo for our Instagram/Facebook because we have lots of fun and special moments around here. I like all things outdoors, living by the ocean, flying my drone, & playing the uke. Friends & family are my joy, as well as staying active in church.
