F. Brandon Burger, DDSDr. Brandon Burger graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, and then graduated from dental school from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2005. Since graduating, Dr. Burger has worked hard to remain current with the latest dental practices, becoming certified in administering BOTOX and becoming a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), and Tennessee Dental Association (TDA). Dr. Burger strives to use his dental experience to care for the health of his community.
Dr. Burger currently has three sons, ages six, three, and two. He met his wife while attending dental school. In his free time, Dr. Burger enjoys travelling around the world, hiking, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
John Brannen, DDSDr. John Brannen was born in Memphis, TN, and raised in Clarksville, TN. He attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2007. He was also a four year letterman on the University of Tennessee Mens Golf Team. He then attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 2011. He was involved with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry, a Student Government representative, and also class President of his fraternity. Dr. Brannen is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association and the Nashville Dental Society. He enjoys playing golf, hunting and fishing in his spare time. He also volunteers through Brentwood Baptist Churchs Mobile Dental Unit.

Ashley came to the practice with her husband, Dr. Burger, more than ten years ago. She graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with a Bachelor of Science degree. She met Dr. Burger while they were attending dental school, and they have three sons. Ashleys favorite aspect of our practice is the constant positive environment. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family.
Pam graduated from Meharry Medical College and from Tennessee State University. Pam has been a part of our team for 34 years. During that time she has loved the people and the patients she has worked with, and she feels that some of them are like family. She strives to offer patient, safe, and comfortable care while she helps her patients meet their dental needs. When not working, Pam enjoys spending her time cooking, with animals, outdoors, or with her family.
Courtney has worked at our practice for more than 17 years. She is married with two daughters and has six grandchildren. One of the reasons Courtney enjoys working at our practice is the fact that we have wonderful patients that she enjoys getting to know. Another reason is the fact that her coworkers are exceptional, professional people. Courtney strives to be cheering, welcoming, and helpful. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Andrea has worked with our practice for nine years. She has a fourteen-year-old daughter, whom she loves spending timeand visiting the beachwith. Andrea loves working with the people at our practice as she strives to treat our patients the way she would like to be treated.
Jessica- Dental AssistantJessica was born and raised in Indiana. She moved to Tennessee after she served four years in the Navy, where she met her husband. They have two beautiful kids, three dogs, and two cats. She loves spending time with her family and what every girl likesshopping.
RosieRosie lived most of her life in Hendersonville, Tennessee. She went to college in Myrtle Beach, SC, where she received her degree in dental hygiene. When she returned to Tennessee, she married her husband, Kevin, and they now have a son named Erton. Rosie has worked as a hygienist for 13 years, and has been with Dr. Speck here in Hermitage for 11 of those years. In her free time, she loves spending time on Old Hickory Lake with friends and family.

Nothing infuriates me more than having to wait 20+ minutes for your scheduled appointment time. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30. Arrived at 8:15. Finally, at 8:52, I decided I waited long enough and left. Stop double booking yourself, making your patients waste their morning waiting for their scheduled appointment.

I moved here from Cincinnati and had to find a dentist. I originally was going to travel back to my dentist in Ohio every 6 months. I googled several dentist in my area and eventually settled on this one. I hit the jackpot! My initial first phone call to schedule an appointment went very well. Upon arriving for my appointment I was very pleased with the beautiful office and the warm reception from the staff. I've had 2 appointments so far and I'm so happy I chose this office for my dental needs. The ladies at the front desk make you feel invited. The dental hygienist made me feel very comfortable and the dentist put me at ease. He was very personable and efficient. Thanks for making me feel welcome. You guys rock!!!!!

I have a serious heart issue that had to be tended to and they could not accommodate me by letting me come in 30 minutes early for an emergency filling with a weeks notice after I told them I was in pain. Nice Dentist, but awful for appts.

Had been taking my son to this office for cleanings. In last appointment he needed a filling and made the appointment to come back. During the time of waiting for his next appointment, my sons insurance was terminated. I called the office to reschedule and made a new appointment. At that time the receptionist explained to me that his insurance had actually lapsed before his last appointment and the dentist office "wrote off" the bill. I thought wow, that's amazing. This was in November of 2018. I called back and canceled the next appointment because I still had no luck with getting my sons insurance reinstated. I explained that when I have notification that his insurance is activated I would definitely make the appointment at that time. Receptionist again reminded me that the dentist office had "wrote off" last bill. Again, I was appreciative however I was never given the chance to pay either. Finally after months of battling insurance, my son has received verification that he now has active insurance. I called to make his appointment and they couldn't get verification that he has dental insurance. I said I would call and see exactly what he has for insurance and call back. Yet again for the 3rd time I was reminded that the office had written off my sons bill. It's definitely a great office if, you would like to be reminded on several occasions that they "wrote off" a bill that you were never given the opportunity to pay. I mean it's been 8 months, it was definitely appreciated but why keep bringing it up. Their good deed, shouldn't make me the bad person. Again, I was never billed for any services.

We were with Dr. Burger for the 7 yrs we were living in Nashville. We loved the service and friendliness of the office staff. A very professional atmosphere with warmth and lots of smiles! Dr B is a very competant dentist and we were sad to move from the Nashville area knowing we were losing a very wonderful dentist!

We were with Dr. Burger for the 7 yrs we were living in Nashville. We loved the service and friendliness of the office staff. A very professional atmosphere with warmth and lots of smiles! When I was 14 I was playing Frisbee and it turned and knocked out my front tooth. As a teenager this was devastating. We couldn't find a dentist that could come up with a temporary tooth the same day and my Mom wasn't letting me miss school for a week. Dr. Burger not only made time to see me that day but worked late and made me a tooth that looked better than the real one on the same day visit. I now have a tooth forever. You saved me man! Thanks

After moving to Nashville the worst part was changing Doctors. After going to Dr. Brandon Burger I was sure I had found the right dentist. I loved his staff and all the up to date technology he uses to save time. He was also great with my grand kids which was a plus.
