Growing up in my parents dental practice, Dr. Michael Brammeier was able to see first-hand the long-lasting relationships they had developed with their patients over 40 years of private practice. It was more than just a dental office but a place where they improved the lives of the people they met and developed a long-lasting level of rapport with their patients. Dr. Brammeier has always sought to emulate their core values of excellent customer service, extraordinary patient experiences, and long-lasting products.
After getting to know Dr. Farokian and his team, it was clear that their philosophy on the practice of dentistry truly mirrors his own. Dr. Brammeier is excited for this new opportunity and is committed to seeing out Dr. Farokians legacy through superior dentistry and exceptional care.
Dr. Brammeier was one of twenty students nationwide accepted into Marquette University School of Dentistrys Pre-Dental Scholar Program as a high school senior. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marquette University with a degree in Biological Sciences and Cum Laude from the Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. Brammeier is an evidence-based dentist and uses research to support his clinical decisions. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Brammeier is committed to serving his community by reaching those in need, providing excellent dental care in a compassionate way, and helping those who do not have access to dental care. He has been a part of Illinois Mission of Mercy, an organization that provides free dental care through volunteers, Give Kids a Smile, Dentistry From The Heart, and other charitable organizations over the years. Dr. Brammeier looks forward to mission trips with his local church and the ability to serve underprivileged populations around the world.
Dr. Brammeier and his wife Lauren live in Naperville with their Shepard-mix, Dixie. He loves spending time with family, especially with his amazing daughter Eliana. Dr. Brammeier enjoys running, cooking, football, and traveling. He is excited to get to know each one of you!
Dr. Madlena Veleva graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine at Medical University in Sofia, Bulgaria. After several years of private practice dentistry in Bulgaria, Dr. Veleva moved to the USA with her family and soon after, she graduated from the International Dentist Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2003.
Dr. Veleva is committed to providing excellent dental care and helping patients maintain good oral health. She utilizes the latest technology to deliver long-lasting, predictable treatment in a comfortable setting. Dr. Veleva strives to remain current in advanced dental technologies and continues to take continuing education training in all areas of dentistry.
Dr. Veleva and her husband George live in Wheaton. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She loves nature, hiking, going off-roading in their Jeep and traveling to fascinating places.

Dr. Brammeier was excellent. He worked his magic all up in my mouth to accurately diagnose the problem. He also explained everything to me so I clearly understood what was going on and how to fix the issue. Everybody needs to go to this guy.

My dentist retired and at my 1st consultation with Dr. Brammeier we discussed my wants and needs. He devised a treatment plan that would address my dental health issues, replace a partial denture with implants, replace teeth with a bridge to improve my bite & improve dental aesthetics to enhance the overall appearance of my teeth. Dr.Brammeier and his staff are amazing! They are welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, upbeat and make you feel comfortable and safe the minute you arrive at the office. My hygienist is friendly and answers all my questions. My plan started with a full exam, deep cleaning, xrays including a panoramic view. The office uses state of the art technology which was helpful for me to see & understand issues & treatments explained by Dr. Brammeier. Next I was sent for a consultation with Dr. Pick, a Periodontist. He performed my implant & gum surgery. I was very impressed with the collaboration between Dr. Brammeier and Dr. Pick. While I healed, I had additional cleanings, cavities filled, teeth extracted and lower bridge placed, etc. I never felt rushed at any appointment and the office worked with me regarding insurance and financing. I just had the final placement of my implant bridge. Goodbye partial denture! It has been a 1 1/2 year journey but I now have a healthy, beautiful smile! Thanks so much to Dr. Brammeier and everyone at his office! I highly recommend Dr. Brammeier and Associates for all your dental care. Cindi B.

Great experience with Julia (Dental hygienist). It was the most enjoyable experience I've had with a teeth cleaning. She was very cognizant of my comfort/discomfort and looked to avoid it. To be honest Pain I felt during the cleaning from 0 to 10? I will say -0 hahahaha She's the best I've seen there or anywhere. Thanks Julia

My wife was the first in our family to visit Dr. Brammeier and she was super impressed by his service, kindness, and professionalism. Then it was my turn and I loved it, they exceeded my expectations on all levels, they really care about you, they make sure you are well informed of all the procedures and options, never in my life have I felt so well cared for and comfortable in a dental office. Now my biggest concern was my son who was afraid of dentists, but thanks to the care of Dr. Brammeier and his staff, my son now feels calm during his visits. Now my whole family is seen by Dr. Brammeier and it has been the best decision we have ever made. Thank you very much Dr. Brammeier and staff.

Dr. Brammeier knows his profession. Always great recommendations on treatment plans and how to take care of your teeth and oral health. I've had a few crowns made and installed here - no problems. Very happy with the results. My whole family goes here and will continue to go. The Dental Assistants are amazing! Warm, funny and they really love their jobs. Makes going to the dentist something to look forward to.
