Dr. Bram Alster received his BS in biology at Rutgers University and then attended FDU School of Dentistry receiving his degree in 1984. Following graduation, he traveled to Israel to volunteer as a dentist for children on a kibbutz and upon his return, he became associated with two Dental practices specializing in Prosthodontics and General Dentistry. After three years Dr. Alster opened his own practice in Fair Lawn and became associated with a former teacher and mentor. He has always participated in many cosmetic and implant programs including several ones that were hands-on and included a mini-residency on cosmetics and part-time prosthetic program for full mouth rehabilitation at NYU School of Dentistry. In 2009 Dr. Alster traveled to Portugal where he was sponsored to attend a seminar on All on 4 Implants with Dr. Palo Malo and in 2010 he became an attending instructor at St Josephs Hospital in Patterson, New Jersey. In addition, Dr. Alster completed a 2-year implant program at NYU, studying mostly the surgical procedures involved in the placement of Dental Implants. Though hed already been successfully restoring implants for over twenty years he desired an even more advanced training to broaden his scope in such treatment and best serve his patients. Dr. Alster is also accredited as a Preferred INVISALIGN provider; a recognition for treating a greater number of orthodontic Invisalign cases.

Since graduating from dental school, Dr. Alster has logged over 700 hours of continuing education credits and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, as well as being an active participant in The New York Dental Forum, his dental study club that hosts the best-known speakers from around the world

Besides maintaining his established and growing practice, Dr. Bram Alster enjoys his now growing family. He and his wife Shari have blessed with three children now young adults and their oldest son Dr. Jason and his wonderful wife Katie have just had a beautiful baby boy Ethan. Transformed into their favorite new role as grandparents, they are truly grateful! Dr. Jason now works in the office and this is also truly special! Involved in his community, Dr. Bram is a past president of the mens club at Temple Emanuel in Closter, NJ, and has enjoyed 15 years

Dr. Jason Alster is proud to join his fathers practice. Having grown up watching his fathers dedicated care of patients, and how he built lifelong relationships with the families he served, Dr. Jason knew that following in his fathers footsteps was the right path.

He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the New York University College of Dentistry, a Master of Science in biomedical science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, participated in an oral and maxillofacial surgery externship at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and then completed a 1 year residency at Hackensack University Medical Center .In September 2016, Dr. Jason became an associate with Dr. Bram Alster . while still working 2 days a week for a well-known dentist in Manhattan. On his day off from the Fairlawn office, he participates in a postgraduate two-year surgical prosthetic implant program at NYU.

Outside the office, Dr. Jason is happily married to Katie, an event planner, and they are thrilled to announce the arrival of their son, Ethan. They enjoy living in New York City and when he has the opportunity, Dr. Jason unwinds while skiing and golfing.

Originally from Fair Lawn, Erica and her husband Jeff have three dogs and three grown kids named Will, Meredith, and Matthew, whom she loves spending time with whenever possible. When she isnt busy at work, shes participating in the church choir and acting in local community theatre productions. She actually attended high school with Dr. Alster and they graduated the same year!

Mimi is from Hasbrouck Heights, and shes been working in the dental field for 27 years. After earning her Bachelor of Science at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ, she went on to achieve her Masters in Public Admin from Farleigh Dickinson University. She is also certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She loves the flexibility of her job!

Our registered dental assistant Lori James helps Dr. Alster create the clean, comfortable, and safe environment you expect during a visit to our office. From taking digital X-rays of your mouth to performing your Zoom! teeth whitening procedure, Lori puts all of her energy into making your experience in the dentists chair a relaxing experience.

Lori came to Dr. Alsters practice in 1997, and since that time shes become an integral part of our dental team. She continues her education regularly through the Dental Studies Institute, keeping up-to-date on the latest in dental techniques to ensure you get quality care. She is certified in CPR.

Milly has been working in dentistry for 20 years and counting, and she attended both Bergen Community College and Hackensack Technical School. She is also a certified assistant and has her CPR certification as well. The best part of her job is knowing that Dr. Alster and Dr. Jason will go above and beyond to deliver elite services! They genuinely care about each patients health, and its great to be a part of an office that feels like home and treats people right.

Milly is from the Bronx, NY, and she has two amazing children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, and going to church. She is a very creative person and will talk to anyone like shes known them forever.
