Introducing Stephanie! Stephanie began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant at a multi speciality practice. She has experience assisting in all scopes of dentistry and her role has now evolved to office manager. She is extremely knowledgeable with dental insurance, and will be the first face you see when you visit Braintree Dental Group. Stephanie is thorough, kind, courteous and loves her connection with our patients. Stephanie is an East Bridgewater native and enjoys spending her leisure playing soccer and going to the beach.
Introducing Mayra! Mayra completed her certification in dental assisting from Southeastern Technical Institute in 2014. She is CPR certified, Osha trained, a member of the ADA (American Dental Association) and licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Mayra is skilled at making night guards, retainers, and bleaching trays. Mayra thoroughly enjoys assisting Dr. Hasan in all scopes of general dentistry but especially enjoys working on procedures involving the cerec machine. Mayras favorite aspect of working at Braintree Dental Group is building a bond with her patients and helping them to achieve a beautiful healthy smile. She is a kind, comprehensive, compassionate and caring assistant who loves helping her patients daily. In her leisure, Mayra enjoys painting, baking and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Introducing Jen!!! Jen graduated from Mount Ida in 2013 and has been a practicing registered dental hygienist for the past seven years. She is a mom to two adorable little girls and is soon celebrating her eleventh wedding anniversary with her husband Mike! Jen loves educating her patients about how oral health can effect the overall systemic health and why it is important to exercise good preventative habits. Fun fact!! Jen and I (Dr. Hasan) are both Braintree High School alums and we were in the same homeroom class in seventh grade!! Welcome Jen!

Dr. Hasan grew up in Braintree and attended South Middle School and Braintree High School. She received her Bachelor of Science from Boston University and continued to pursue her graduate education at Boston University Henry. M Goldman School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine with Cum Laude Honors. She previously worked as a general dentist in Southwest Florida before moving back to Braintree. Dr. Hasan is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, South Shore Dental District, and the American Dental Association. She is constantly keeping up with the newest and most current dental practice techniques and technology by attending various continuing education courses throughout the country. When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hasan enjoys traveling the world, playing the piano, running, and sharing laughs among family and friends.

Braintree Dental Group is the best! I wish I could give them a 10 star rating. I love Dr. Hasan, along with everyone in the office; they are such a great team. Not only are they exceptionally skilled in their own roles, but they're exceedingly nice, too.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Braintree Dental Group! The staff are courteous and nice, and the office is very clean and well kept! I haven't been to a dentist in years because of bad experiences I've had in the past at other practices, but now I've found one that I'll continue going back to for years to come.

I had a great experiences with Dr Hasan and her team!! Super friendly front desk staffs and they were able to book an emergency appointment for me on the same day! The office looks very modern and clean, I feel very comfortable being in there. Too bad my tooth is a bit complicate to treat right away in the office, but Dr. Hasan was able to refer me to an Endodontist. (I was able to book a next day appointment with them too) I am coming back for my crowns and all other dental services for sure! Thank you for being sure nice and friendly on a cold winter day!!

Sonya and her team are literally life changing. I never thought I would get my smile back but Sonya's dedication and passion for what she does got the job done! Whether you call or go in Stephanie is there to greet you and help you with absolutely everything! My family has now been going and even with Covid there safety procedures are followed to the letter. You are in good hands and I promise you if you don't think you can get your smile back just make an appointment this team will do whatever they need to get it done. Couldn't be more grateful and thankful!

So I was there on January 26th and had my yearly cleaning which I had postponed multiple times due to the pandemic and when I came in I was created by friendly faces and that put me at ease, when I was time for the cleaning the hygienist Jen was very good at explaining all the new procedures they had to keeping herself and me safe that made me feel really safe I knew I was in good hands also very reassuring to know that Dr Sonya had this really cool air filtration machine to make sure that the air was clean throughout my entire process of my visit Definitely will be coming back in the future God bless stay safe

If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further. I have high functioning autism and anxiety. Due to bad experiences at the dentist in the past, I put off going to the dentist for over 4 years. Even just thinking of going to the dentist put me on edge. But thanks to BDG, that has all changed. The hygienist Jen there is so gentle and patient. Dr. Sonya is just as professional and makes a point to make you as comfortable as possible. If you have anxiety and fear of the dentist like me, Braintree Dental Group is the way to go.

Dr Hasan and the rest of the staff are top notch people- respectful, pleasant, and full of positive energy. The office is well kept, the staff is friendly, and the dental cleaning straight forward. I made my next appointment on the spot, and would recommend Braintree Dental Group to anyone looking for a honest dentist. Great with kids too!

Dr. Hassan and her crew here are extremely professional. Their knowledge in dentistry is astonishing. Mayra, the Dental assistant is absolutely phenomenal! The hygienists truly hone their craft. And Steph is amazing at helping patients with any insurance information and details. Lovely office and atmosphere to get any type of work done. Plus, They go above and beyond patient-relations. They certainly are a sight for sore eyes. This office accept almost all types of insurance and they even accept mass health!
