Kevin and Wendy Brafman have combined over 20 plus years of experience in the dental field and have provided comprehensive dentistry to thousands of patients in Sussex County Delaware. Their practice was established in 2002.

To make your dental treatment affordable we accept and file your dental insurance, complimentary of course, and offer a variety of payment options for your treatment goals. We are an in-network provider for Delta Dental Premier and participate with Care Credit.
We place a special emphasis on educating and monitoring our patient's oral hygiene, throughout their dental treatment. Furthermore, both Kevin and Wendy Brafman are committed to continuing education every year going well above the recommended standards to ensure we are equipped with the latest techniques and technology.
Dr. Wendy Brafman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. She then attended the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland graduating at the top of her class. After dental school she was accepted and attended a General Practice Residency program at Christiana Care Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. This residency program provided extensive training for medically compromised patients, dental trauma cases, and those patients with extensive and difficult treatment plans.
With a history rich in dentistry, Dr. Brafman brings 22 years of dental experience to her patient's chairside and has participated with the Delaware Give Kids a Smile Program, the Delaware Medicaid Program, and the Mission of Mercy Volunteer Program. Dr. Brafman regularly completes continuing education courses to remain at the forefront of her field. Her unique perspective and professional background have given her an appreciation for a beautiful smile and the artistry of dentistry.
Dr. Wendy Brafman and Dr. Kevin Brafman met in dental school. A perfect match, both discovered they shared the same passion and energy for the practice of dentistry. The balance of Dr. Wendy Brafmans outgoing personality and the reserved nature of Dr. Kevin Brafmans personality provide a wonderful choice in what most patients are looking for in a dental provider. Following dental school in 1998 (Dr. Wendy Brafman) and 1999 (Dr. Kevin Brafman) they married and both completed their General Practice Residencies at Christiana Care. They then both worked in a practice in Bear Delaware prior to relocating to Dr. Wendy Brafmans hometown to create Brafman Family Dentistry, P.A. in Dagsboro Delaware.
Besides dentistry, Dr. Wendy Brafman also has a passion for exercising, gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and family. Dr. Wendy and Kevin Brafman reside in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and love to explore all that the Eastern Shore has to offer. They have 2 children Ryan (18) attending Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, and a daughter Zoe (16) attending the Hill School in Pottstown, PA. Family is their most important commitment along with their combined love of dentistry. They are happy to be able to share knowledge about the profession together.

From start to finish - the BEST experience I've had in a dental practice. The receptionist was so very kind and pleasant. Fitting me in as a new patient and also researching my insurance with the little info I had available at the time. The hygienist, Michelle, made me feel COMPLETELY at ease with an explanation of each step during x-rays, cleaning and assessment. Full of knowledge, compassion and humor while also educating. Michelle also kept me updated on the estimated cost during my appt. which was great! Dr. Brafman was very kind and thorough. When it was time to check out, Julie explained every charge and procedure while helping me plan the next steps and appointments. What a GREAT team! Truly thankful for such a wonderful experience!

I've been going to Brafman dentistry for about 2 years now. All of the staff are respectful and kind. Dr. Wendy is great at what she does. She is very knowledgeable as well. I would definitely recommend Brafman dentistry to anyone look for a good dentist.

My visit today really broke my heart. During the meet-and-greet with my hygienist, she flippantly commented (in the vein of Covid restrictions being ridiculous) that she has flown several times despite the pandemic for various vacations this year. As a Covid ICU nurse who has been away from people she loves for months and who has seen more death in the last 6 than in her entire career, I find this behavior and attitude abhorrent and shameful, to say the very least. I will not be returning to this practice, which is truly unfortunate as I have been coming for years.

Nobody is more of a fanatic about dental care than my wife. Two years ago we moved from PA and she was still driving back home (3hrs one way) for her dental care. She recently got work done by Dr Brafman and Amy the hygienist...she was extremely pleased with the visit...and now has a local dentist and dental office that she trusts (finally!).
