Dr. Brady grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago where he attended Fenwick High School. He excelled academically and athletically, achieving all-state in baseball and football. He also won a state championship in the Fed Challenge, an economic competition.
He considered pursuing medicine after graduating but found a love for dentistry. Dentistry allows you to not only create beautiful smiles but also form lifelong bonds with patients and their families.
Dr. Brady decided to continue his education and earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. While in Dental School, he was a Deans Scholar and joined the Delphi Society and Omicron Kappa Upsilon academic honor societies. Dr. Brady also discovered a passion for orthodontics. He was amazed at the transformation that happens during treatment. The self-esteem and confidence from a beautiful smile are life-changing.
Dr. Brady returned to the midwest to attend the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where he received his Masters and Certificate of Orthodontics. As an Orthodontic student, Dr. Brady presented research at national meetings for the American Dental Education Association, the American Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Brady is an orthodontist. Orthodontists are dentists first. Out of 100 dental school graduates, on average, only six go on to become orthodontists. To practice orthodontics, Dr. Brady spent 11 years in training (four years of college, four years of dental school, and two years of orthodontics residency).
Gone are the days of painful headgear, clunky bands on every tooth, and overly tight stainless steel wires. We take pride in making straight teeth as comfortable as possible. This is because of shape-memory NiTi wires.
With the same technology that NASA uses, NiTi wires put constant force against the teeth to move them in the right direction. This gets rid of the need for wire tightening. This means you spend less time in braces, and the time you do spend is more comfortable.

Dr. Brady is the best. He has treated me with Invisalign with great results. He has seen my kids and doesn't push unnecessary treatment and is practical with his recommendations. His office staff is attentive and the assistants are wonderful. If you are looking for an orthodontist on the Northshore, look no further!

This is the best orthodontist ever-- so incredibly skilled and wonderfully kind. Dr Brady worked magic with my daughter's teeth. Just excellent work. Arlene and the entire office are equally wonderful. Truly the best.

I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my teeth. My Invisalign retainer had broken from wear and tear and a couple weeks after, my 14 year old bottom permanent retainer had also broken while I was flossing. I went to see Dr. Brady for new retainers. He removed my bottom retainer and put in a brand new bar cemented perfectly on my lower canines (no messy cement at all). He also had top and bottom tray retainers made that fit over my bottom permanent retainer. I had mentioned I have TMJ and it has definitely helped having the two retainers instead of just the one on top. The tray retainers also fit perfectly and feel amazing. I am so happy I went to see Dr. Brady, he is truly the best. If you are thinking about seeing him for any orthodontic services, you absolutely should!!

Absolutely the best care on the Northshore. Dr. Brady is by far the best Orthodontist around. He is very meticulous and extremely thorough with every aspect of his practice. My family and I are so happy that we took the recommendations of our friends. He walked us through each and every step of the plan and followed up with us at each and every visit. Best money we have ever spent. He gave my wife her beautiful smile back and her confidence along with it. I sincerely recommend Dr. Brady. He is truly the best. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Brady and his staff! They noticed a slight shift in my son's teeth and were able to remedy it by making aligners with their 3D printer. It was a one-stop shop! Very convenient! The staff, as usual, was very nice and helpful! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a wonderful orthodontist!

Dr. Brady provides top notch care and always goes out of his way to make sure you know what is going on with your treatment. The mouth scans and 3D printers make it super convenient to get a replacement if you lose your retainer as well.

After taking my two older sons to a very popular North Shore practice that was quite difficult to schedule with, I switched to Dr. Brady for my third son. He and his staff have been outstanding to work with and we are thrilled with the results of my son's teeth.
