Dr. Brady's philosophy is to provide a full range of quality orthodontic services and to deliver clinical excellence with a caring, personalized dedication. Dr. Brady is deeply committed to quality orthodontic treatment. He strives for excellence in everything he does. In the orthodontic profession, as in most sciences, dramatic changes seem to occur almost weekly as new techniques and materials are developed. Dr. Brady is committed to staying abreast of the latest techniques and scientific advances in orthodontics.
While at Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Thomas A. Brady completed his entire pre-medicine curriculum in just two years before entering dental school. He received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. A three-year post-doctoral residency program followed, where he received a specialist certificate in orthodontics and earned his master's degree in dental science.
During his dental training, he received the American Association of Dental Research Fellowship Award. His research in orthodontic tooth movement at the cellular level gave him the opportunity to compete in national prestigious research competitions. He has published articles and abstracts in both orthodontics and dental journals.
In 2020, Dr. Brady was re-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. Board Certification is a voluntary credential that represents an orthodontists personal and public commitment to the standards of specialty practice and lifelong learning.
Along with community activities, Dr. Brady has held the position of Treasurer, President-Elect and President of the Chester and Delaware County Dental Society. He is also very active in and serves as a delegate to the Pennsylvania Dental Association. Dr. Brady is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Brady was born and raised in West Chester. He, along with his wife, Dr. Tami Brady, and their two children reside in the Exton area. In his time away from the office, Dr. Brady enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, swimming, exercising and skiing.

This has been a wonderful experience for our entire family. We could not be more pleased with Dr. Brady and his staff. Our appointment times were always convenient and we always felt welcome and appreciated. We have referred and will continue to refer patients to this office. After five years we will certainly miss our regular visits.

Orthodontic treatment usually requires years of treatment so it's important to establish a good relationship with your orthodontist and staff. Dr. John Brady and staff made this easy! They were friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating throughout, and the results were perfect! Not only is it important to align the teeth properly for health reasons, but I watched my sons self esteem grow as his smile improved! We highly recommend Dr. Brady for all your orthodontia needs!
