Dr. Bradshaws goal is to make your time in treatment the best it can be. He states, I feel fortunate to be able to get to know my patients and their families during their time in treatment. Improving our patients smiles and self-esteem makes my job very rewarding.

Dr. John L. Hathaway has been in the business of making beautiful smiles since 1985. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Tennessee in 1970, and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree through the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1976. In 1985, Dr. Hathaway earned his Orthodontic Certificate at Fairleigh Dickenson University.

Dr. Hathaways philosophy, and the philosophy of the entire office, is to deliver the most outstanding treatment possible in a compassionate and caring atmosphere. We encourage every member of our team to treat each patient professionally and with great kindness.

Dr. Hathaways involvement in these organizations has allowed him to continue his orthodontic education. He says, I still get a thrill and a tremendous amount of satisfaction in finishing treatment, especially a complicated one. The relieved and happy smiles of my patients make my job truly meaningful.

I recently visited here as I got my braces taken off way too soon and my permanent retainer was even crooked but anyway I came here after visiting the ones that took mine off and local ortho was so rude told me nothing was wrong with my smile I came here he completely understand why I was unhappy after $6,000 and immediately offered my treatment I'm so thankful and would record this.

I had braces as an adult, and the practice has always been great over the years whenever I needed continued support like new retainers.

I have never been to an upscale place like this one where employees were so rude. The lady sitting at the front desk can't show any sign of friendliness; when you stop by her desk to make your payment and to get your next appointment date she's unable to say a hello or good morning, when you leave not a single thank you or have a good day, she always have a closed, hateful face on, as she was doing you a FAVOR when it's in fact her job, which she's being paid for, and her first obligation to be a good, nice professional. If you ask about dates available so that you can decide what fits best with your schedule or if you need to cancel even if it's the first time in ages you have to put up with her impatient and irritated facial expressions and lack of answers in case you decide to email. Also, if you arrive FIVE minutes late for the first time in two years of treatment prepare yourself to put up with their hatefulness at the front desk (It happened once with the other lady that stayed at the front desk quite often before the one that is always there now), you can tolerate to wait 5,8,10 minutes sometimes to be attended but them at the front desk can't put up with you arriving exact five minutes late for the first time ever. That lady at the front desk is not a little girl anymore, on the contrary, so she shouldn't be having this ridiculous behavior, especially when you pay the high amount of $6.000 for your treatment, which allows her to have her salary deposited every month. Do your research before choosing your orthodontist, don't make the same mistake I made, going with the first one I talked to, just being impatient to start my treatment. I'm now done and out of there.
