I normally don't write these things but I thought I really needed to. Let me tell you about my terrible experience at this dentist. Needed my 4 wisdom teeth removed, not impacted, so it was an easy removal. First, they canceled my first appointment on me due to construction being done on the office. You'd think they would've known ahead of time that construction was being done and planned accordingly, but apparently not. Second, had my first appointment and the dentist would only remove half of them due to my blood pressure being high. They checked my BP on an automatic cuff, if you are a nurse like me or work in healthcare, you know that automatic cuffs aren't always very accurate. I needed a manual BP, but they didn't do one and offered no solution to even decrease my BP. Am I the only one that deals with blood pressure and anxiety problems at the dentist? uh, NO, so why offer no solution at all? He decided to only take out half of my wisdom teeth and asked me to come back for the rest. He mentioned Valium for the next visit and didn't even bother to write a script. I have an as needed, low dose BP medication that I could take but it was at home. All that I received was local anesthesia, numbed gums and I was very much aware of him pulling and yanking on my teeth. Wasn't painful but I could LITERALLY feel my teeth come out. So, I got half of them removed. Third, they canceled my next appointment due to my dentist being sick. While I can sympathize with that, I still had to reschedule AGAIN. Fourth, go in to get the rest of my wisdom teeth removed and my BP is high again. And again, they took my BP with an unreliable automatic BP cuff, I asked them to please take it manually and they didn't. I told the dentist that I took my low dose Propranolol about 10-15 minutes prior, so it hadn't kicked in yet. A by mouth medication can take 30-40 minutes to take effect. He took my BP again and it still was a little high, 148/97. My blood pressure is typically never that high and automatic cuffs often don't work right on me, so I highly doubted my BP was that number. The dentist did not wait for my BP med to kick or take my BP manually...he refused to pull the rest of my teeth until I get a doctors note and address my blood pressure. He was refusing after MULTIPLE cancelations and I took a lot of time off work. I'm a nurse and he's aware of this. So with a BP of 148/97, what was the big worry? Stroke? Granted, that's a higher BP but not insanely high and you're not going to stroke out to a BP like that, especially since I doubted that was even my blood pressure to begin with. and I'm a young woman. Heart attack? Again, not going to happen with a BP like that, that's only if the BP stays high over time. Increased bleeding? I'm 32 years old, I'm not going to need blood transfusion with a BP like that, ridiculous. I think this was a liability thing, he was worried for one reason or another. So, I told them I'm not going to reschedule and walked out. This was the WORST experience I've ever had with any provider, ever. Took SO MUCH time off of work, just for them to jerk me around. Do not go see Dr. Rodda.

I can truthfully say I've never loved my dentist before, nor have I had utmost confidence in their skill set. Dr. Aaron Haag is top notch. He can do ANYTHING, and trust me, I've had every dental procedure possible. What impresses me most is his technology. No more waiting weeks for a crown to be built by a lab, only to have it not fit right. He has a camera that renders the model, he tweaks it when needed and the mill creates the crown in house in about 30 minutes! It's amazing, and it fits beautifully. He has also replaced 2 that broke within a year through no fault of his own. Furthermore, his surgical assistant is SO educated and she brings her A game. I don't get the feeling any of them recently graduated; they know their stuff. Their hygienist is quick and thorough, and very good with (and tolerant!) of my young child. If you're scared of the dentist, don't be, they gave my older daughter nitrous oxide because she freaks out. If you need complicated work done, Dr. Aaron is your guy. On top of it all, he's got mad skills, is genuine, and nice. Love them!

The office is really high tech for the area. The hygienist was very gentle and listened to my needs and concerns. The Doctor was very patient with me and took the time to explain what his procedures were. I am really impressed with this dental office. For someone who has extreme dental anxiety, I was really happy with my cleaning experience.

This is the best dental office I have been to. The dental hygienist Kathryn is very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. Dr. Haag did a fantastic job on a filling he did for me. He takes pride in what he does and treats it as if he is creating a work of art. Not to mention during my filling there was absolutely ZERO pain or discomfort from start to finish. I was impressed to say the least. I will continue to go to them for all my dental needs and highly recommend!

I am truly terrified of dentists. The team made me feel comfortable & at ease. I am also extremely hard to get numb & were very patient with the process. Getting a tooth pulled is never fun, but they made me comfortable. Will definitely be going back. Thank you Bradshaw staff

I read through all the reviews for Grand Canyon Dental and agreed with all the good things said. Personally what I most appreciated was the time taken by Dr Serr to explain everything he was doing in detail. I never left with any questions, ever.

My husband and I moved to Prescott in 2014. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone (to rely on for a dentist recommendation) we looked up the directory and found Grand Canyon Dental. It's always a hit and miss when you are new to a place and looking for Doctors and Dentists but we could not have been any more blessed, Dr Serr and all the staff at Grand Canyon Dental are fantastic. I've had a huge amount of work done there over the past 3 years including a dental implant. Dr Serr explains all processes thoroughly and carefully and is fantastic at putting you at ease. The staff, Ally, Margo, Karen and Tonya are all very caring and thoughtful and they all contribute to making the patients experience at Grand Canyon Dental much more comfortable, relaxed and anxiety free. If you are looking for a Dentist in Prescott this is the place to choose. 10/10
