As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, our dentists and dental team want to assure you that we are continuing to do our best to make sure it a priority that we are following the latest health and safety guidelines from the CDC, specifically as they relate to the dental industry. We value keeping our patients and staff members safe and comfortable.
As part of our daily standard health and safety protocols, our office follows Universal Precautions in order to protect our patients and our staff. These are precautions we have always taken, and are not new. By taking universal precautions means we always assume that anyone could potentially be carrying a contagious and dangerous disease. We therefore follow strict guidelines to prevent the transmission of any potential disease, be it COVID-19 (Coronavirus), hepatitis, tuberculosis, HIV, or any other disease. This has been a standard of care we follow, per the CDC, in regard to blood borne pathogens.
We strive to provide a safe, healthy, comfortable, and relaxed environment for everyone that comes into our dental office. We follow the American Dental Associations Update to Office Procedures During COVID-19 in regard to safe office procedures, workplace hazards, and making decisions for best office practices. We stay informed on recent information given to dentists in this regard, as well as keeping up to date with any changes recommended by the CDC.

Chino Valley Bradshaw Family Dental is an amazing group of people that all work hard to make sure your visit is pain free and comfortable. The girls at the front desk work hard to solve any problem you have. Dr. Ligon is amazing. She goes above and beyond to insure the work is done right. I appreciate her so much.

Dr. David Frausto is INCREDIBLY talented. The whole staff was so kind and He and Jasmine really made me feel at home and special about my procedure. They reviewed my options with me to close or fill a gap in my teeth! The end result was perfect and it was easy and pain free. I had no idea I could even fix the gap with a fill. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! And I am thrilled with the result, I smile constantly so it has been so important to me to get it done right!

The service and care is great once you get there. However, their scheduling is awful. They are constantly rescheduling appointments at the last minute. And it is often 2-3 times per appointment.

I left this office in tears because of how I was treated... I was looking for help because I had a molar that was broken in half and infected. Before my appointment I was told I needed to provide clearance from my primary in order to be seen due to my underlying autoimmune disease. I spent all morning making phone calls and sending emails so they had all my information. When I finnaly met the doctor she immediately spoke down to me as if I had no intelligence. I was lectured in regards to a procedure I wasn't even there for. After I told her I was just interested in fixing my tooth because I was in so much pain, she refused to treat me. She didnt want to accept my doctors note, and said she wanted "to hear it for herself" over the phone from my doctor. I burst into tears begging her to just help me beacuse I felt unwell and was in pain. She walked out of the room and left me sitting there. I waited for her to come back but she never did, so eventually saw myself out. She caught me before I left to justify why she was refusing me treatment, and offered me Tylenol for my pain. My insurance was still charged for the visit. The next day the office called me finally offering me treatment. I explained I had no interest in ever returning back because of the treatment the Doctor gave me. After her staff continued to call in the hopes of referring me to one of her partners instead. The only positive thing I experienced was from the front desk staff, they seem to be the only ones with any empathy. I would definitely recommend going someplace else.

I really enjoy going to this spot to get my dental done! The staff is all around great, and super friendly. The waiting room, and examining rooms are nice and tidy. The prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend going here, to get your dental done.

Went in there spent over $3000 to have a tooth pulled and cap on my tooth and a cleaning. I was run around for 6 months the dr is ill he's not here one excuse after another or they would schedule an appointment then cacel it a half hour later or cancel it an hour b4 i was supposed to be there. The hygienist that was working on my teeth was inept and they fired her and the dr had to finish it up. This is around the 6 MONTH PART OF MY ORDEAL. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK AFTER THE FIRST VISIT so i wasn't going to throw that money away. Which in hiensite i already had. So i continued to be jerked around when they were all done i was supposed to have a free follow up cleaning.Ya they never would set that appointment up and told me that they were changing our agreement. I went to another dentist he said that i would need my teeth cleaned i said i just spent over $3,000 dollars having it done!!! Enough said about this Dr. I think my point is clear. STAY away from this dentist unless you want a "FREAKIN NIGHTMARE" do they owe me an apology not to them they dont. this took months to have my teeth cleaned. No integrity or honor with this dr. DON'T GO THERE DONT GO THERE DON'T GO THERE. No you didnt practice on me personally you came in and introduced yourself and said you were The new owner and a dentist at this practice. So you can change your name but im not taking down my post. I would never have your office work on me again i dont have six months for you to fix all the problems you and your office created for me by your shody workmanship

I had to get shots under my lip, right above my front teeth. Least painful shots I've ever had! Dr. Lewis is excellent, and his staff members are also great at their jobs and incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend them.
