I have been a patient a long time. Everything has been fine. I had a crown in 4/2021. I paid upfront understanding that it's an estimate. Although they are in contracted with my insurance so an estimate should never be over $100 more for a dentist office.Moving forward I just received a bill (7/28/22)for $129 for services done 4/2021. I called to ask details and talk about timely billing. The bill stated that I need to speak with Heather for Brandy. Mattie at the front desk said they were busy and she could take care of it. She stated that they "bill my insurance as a courtesy to me". Sure they do! They bill insurance to get paid so that started the conversation off. I told her I needed dates b/c bill said balance forward. I said I would do my research. I figured heck they didn't bill me for 18mths but then today(next day) I get a call from collections This is a Warning this office is not what it used to be!!!

Growing up I had bad experiences with dentists so for many years I avoided them like the plague. About a year ago I had broken a tooth and had no choice but to find a dentist so I figured I'd try out Dr Dyer. I Couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful, super helpful with any questions you have. When Dr Dyer came up with my plan to fix what problems I had, he explained everything perfectly and let me decide in what order I wanted to get things done. They have a lifetime patient, I no longer have anxiety about getting dental work done, I highly recommend Dr Dyer and his staff to anyone who's needing work done.

Dr Bradley and the entire staff are friendly and professional making sure I was comfortable during my visit. Appointment was on time and all questions were answered. Thanks for the awesome experience, see you next time. Highly recommended.

Best dentist in Sevier County. This is based on years of visiting this location, and other dentists as well, Dr. Dyer is amazing. Quiet place as well, near wooded area. Excellent attentive staff, fast service and proactive preventive care. Great location for cleaning teeth, x-rays, fillings and they can handle emergencies as well. Dr. Dyer is one of the most gentle and informative dentists in the East TN area. The front office staff is great and they can work around your schedule to get your smile back.

I didn't even get in to see this dentist unfortunately. It's been 4 years since I have been to a dentist, so this was really important. Had my appointment scheduled 3 months in advance only to get there and be informed that I would have to pay out of pocket same day for everything my insurance didn't cover. I've been to several different dentists office in many many doctors offices over the years, and I have never come across one they tried to make me pay my full amount due on the same day as my visit. This is why I have insurance. They're supposed to bull the insurance company and then the insurance company will bill me. That's how it's always worked before. So, because I wasnt informed that I needed nearly $300 upfront for basic procedures, I was not able to see this dentist. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

As soon as I walked in to Dr. Dyers office I was greeted by Ms. Heather who was so kind. I didn't have to wait long at all before my Hygienist, Bri called me back for my appointment. She was so kind and she really took her time talking with me about the health of my teeth. The whole staff was so friendly and even though we have to wear these face mask, they smiled bright underneath them and made me feel very welcomed. I highly recommend Dr. Dyers office for all of your dental care needs!

You can not do better then this dentist. Cares about his patient's and goes the extra step on their behalf....the rest of the staff amazing. I actually look forward to going to the dentist....good folks

I had an abscess tooth while on vacation. The office fit me in quickly and it was taken care of. All the staff was extremely friendly and the Dr was very kind.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a dental emergency while on vacation and they called us back when others wouldn't return our call. They were very kind and got us in to fix my daughters braces very quickly. Excellent experience.

They have been great. But the one I really need to brag on is Brandy. My appt got canceled at the oral surgeon no one called to tell me. Found out by calling their office cause I never got a reminder. They were putting me off for a month from my original date which was tmrw. . I called Dr. Dyer office explained to Brandy what was going on. And she made some calls. Got me an appt for Thursday instead of a month from now. So I only have to wait 2 days instead of a month. Thank you for working so hard to get this done for me. I couldn't have taken another month with these teeth.

After I checked in for my appointment, I was back in 5 minutes to start X-rays & cleaning. The Dental Hygenist was phenomenal. Just got a standard cleaning & check up. Dentist came in & was quick. I was in & out in under an hour. This practice has great reviews for a reason.

Dr. Bradley Dyer and his staff is the friendliest and nicest dentist office in Sevier County. I have been a patient for many years. I highly recommend him if you need a dentist!
