Yesterdays visit was much faster than in the past.. while the desk ladies were a bit cold the staff in the back was really friendly professional and worked quickly while easing my anxiety of the process

Do not recommend told me my insurance didn't cover a root canal but it did and then cleaned my teeth with a drill and ran the drill on the inside and outside of my teeth and said ok ur done in 2 mins!! Never even stuck a mirror in my mouth once to look at my teeth

This place is TERRIBLE!! Do not take your kids here. I brought my son in to have his teeth cleaned and they never looked in his mouth!! They polished his teeth and xrayed them. No plaque scraping...no cleaning...nothing. I had to tell the dentist that his mouth is not clean..to which he replied, oh I didn't see the plaque because his mouth was closed. Seriously.

10/11/22 12:30 pm The doctor was kind and efficient. Seemed very knowledgeable. THE EXTRACTION WAS THE MOST PAINFUL I HAVE EVER HAD, HOWEVER... THE LONG HAIRED SPANISH GIRL AT THE DESK WAS UNGODLY RUDE, BEING UNNECESSARILY MEAN AND 100% RACIST. YOU DO KNOW THAT DISCRIMINATION IS NOT JUST AGAINST THE RULES BUT ALSO ILLEGAL! I HAD TO ASK FOR A FUTURE APPOINTMENT AND SHE SAID NOVEMBER 30TH, I ASKED IF THEIR WAS ANYTHING SOONER AND SHE INSTANTLY GOT VERY ANGRY AND SAID "HOW ABOUT DECEMBER WOULD THAT BE BETTER? HUH? First time visiting was awesome he noticed the problem right off the bat he also fixed my chip tooth in the front which I didn't expect he's a wonderful dentist and I appreciate the whole staff I can't wait to go back in a couple more weeks ...

Bradley Dental is the best dental office I've been to in a long time. Everyone is very nice, and always respectful. Dr. Ko is a very good dentist. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I won't go anywhere else !!!

I had extraction done on all my teeth and getting dentures. I though the worse think I would have oain and i never developed any. The Dr was very good and kind. To put the worse be hind and will be smiling more often

Didn't clean teeth, fixed a partial, extracted a tooth, then basically stuffed a piece of gauze in my 82 year old mom's tooth. Then gave instructions to mom in Mexican??

I can't give enough praise to Bradley dental. I had two sessions with them, the 1st having 5 teeth pulled (was very painful) the 2nd having 6 pulled was absolutely painless that I didn't know the doctor was done. All teeth were broken below the gum line! The staff was great and went above their duties to accommodate me and calm me.
