For somebody with a history of bad dental experiences, this was a welcome change and it was a wonderful and painless appointment. Kudos to everyone in the office.

Nice office and staff. Good cleaning, good hygienist, and good doctor. The reason for 3 stars is sketchy upselling. I was told during my cleaning that I was going to have a $28 copay for my visit. I thought that was odd since I have 100% preventative coverage, but told myself I would just double check my insurance when I got home. When I went to check out I was told I owed $28 for a fluoride treatment - not a "copay." There is a difference between an actual copay and an unnecessary treatment not covered by insurance. I would have declined the fluorude treatment if I had been informed about it's cost. I'll still go back, but will be more wary in the future.

I am a new patient. State of the art dental office. My dental hygienist Jessica was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Best dental hygienist I've been to. Dr Master who is the dentist was wonderful. Front desk staff is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office. A+++

They do extra care that's not covered by insurance so it gets pricey, but what they do now will save me money in the future. I hope. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. The cleanings are much better and more thorough than I've had anywhere else in town.

I had a positive experience. I had an energency, bridges & a crown falling out and they saw me the day I called in. They stayed late to help me with a crown that had come out and discounted my x-rays with their new patient special. Due to my health issues, the doctor took the time to listen to what is necessary for successful treatment for me. That is important because I've had some life threatening experiences with dental offices. The prices are reasonable for dental care not outlandish as some offices are. Thank you Bradfordville Dental Care.

I cannot recommend Bradford Dental highly enough. Everyone from the front staff, the dental techs, and the Drs. are so compassionate and caring. I will never go to any other dental facility. Thank you all so much.

Welcoming staff, organized, clean. Beatrice is an excellent dental hygienist. Dr. Whitlow was also personable and I'm glad I chose this team to take part in my dental care. Highly recommend!!

I am very grateful that your office was able to get me an appointment today to replace my vernier front tooth. Dr Whitlow was very efficient and presented my options for replacing the tooth with much compassion. She discussed with me a few options and estimated costs to replace the tooth. My daughter went here as a first time patient to get a cleaning.She told them not to do any work that wasn't covered by insurance. A month later I received a bill for $95. When I called there office for an explanation they told me that was for X-rays and it wasn't covered. I asked why they didn't check with the insurance company to see if it was covered they said it wasn't there responsibility. They are very unprofessional and dishonest.

As someone who is extremely nervous about going to see the dentist, I do not feel that coming here. I have a lot of work that needs to be done and they are very thorough about the process, pricing, insurance, etc so I always know what to expect. The front desk team, as well as the entire staff, are so incredibly nice.

My daughter had a loose tooth and we were in Florida. It was paining her and she couldn't eat. I called and spoke to Hailey who was super understanding and quickly made an appointment to bring her in. When I arrived the staff was SUPER professional and very nice. I live in Roswell, Georgia but because of the service we received I will be making this office my dentist of choice. Thanks everyone for making this uncomfortable situation more pleasant! I have to say Rebecca is my girl. Super nice and gave us options so we had the best care.
