Doctor Marchese and his crew are wonderful. They made my kids feel so comfortable and the doctor is awesome with making a parent feel comfortable . I wouldn't trust anyone else ! Thank y'all !!

My emergency fit-in appointment with Bradford Family Dentistry was the absolute best dental appointment I have ever experienced! Every staff member was super friendly and Dr. A was amazing, taking the time to ease my uneasiness from past dental experiences, thoroughly explaining everything, and just making me comfortable. I highly recommend Bradford Family Dentistry!

So first off their hours almost impossible to work with, the front desk is highly unprofessional and lacks the competency to email my receipt which I need to provide to my dental insurance. I asked several times before that they send me the receipt (they didn't.) And now my dental insurance is being suspended. They're claiming they'll send it by mail but my dental insurance wants an e-receipt. I'm not sure why every other medical provider I've ever been too seems to be able to email it no problem.

Whoever handles billing is extremely unprofessional. My husband needed the receipts of services emailed to him before he can pay his bill (per his insurance) which he explained to them several times. Still never got the receipt emailed. And they had the audacity to send a bill to the house with a hand written note saying "Please pay bill!" Are you kidding me? Someone somewhere is missing a couple brain cells.

I traveled all the way from Gainesville because they'er the only ones local that except my insurance. I really enjoyed my first visit, the whole staff was pleasant and fast. I look forward in continuing my dental journey with them. I highly recommend this office.

I think that Dr M is the Best Dentist along with his very nice little lady that helped him during my time there on the 21st of March 2022. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Fast, efficient, friendly, reasonable cost. I saw Dr Adams. Didn't catch assistant/hygienist's name. She is short in height.

You know you have found the ultimate in Customer Service when your dentist apologizes for a crown not arriving in time from a place he has no control over! What he does next is mind boggling!!! He says the office will be closed till January 3 but when he gets the crown he will message me and will then come into his office on his holiday vacation and set the crown for me!! And just so you won't think this is a fluke, it will be the second time he has done it!! Dr Adam Marchese you and all of your staff go above and beyond in everything you do!!! Thank you and Merry Christmas!!!
