I've had several root canals with Dr. Bradford over the last decade and they all went extremely well. He puts you at ease, is gentle and performs the procedure with no pain. Hoping I don't need anymore root canals but, if I do, I won't go anywhere else.

Broke the drill in my tooth with the root canal and had to come back 3 different times at 4 weeks apart to have him TRY and get the piece out and finally finished. They still charged me for his mistake and then the failed to send the invoice to the 2nd insurance company. Bad billing and claims practices and won't go back.

I was skeptical while reading the "painfree" reviews but I actually dozed off at one point during my 4 root canal procedure. I honestly could not believe it! I am a reader of reviews and not typically a leaver of reviews but Dr Bradford and his staff earned 100% of the 5 stars in my book.

Fantastic!! I had a root canal this morning and it was absolutely pain free! He explains the whole procedure, and he is incredibly gentle. So So Happy I was referred to him by my dentist for this procedure.

Great staff, very friendly and attentive Dr. Dr. Bradford took the time to explain everything and made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible office staff and organization. Will not ever go back due to the lack of attention paid by office staff. Horrible and causes loss of money to patients.

Do not take customers time in to account. Had an appointment scheduled and they asked us to come back in 2 hours. My wife had them stop her procedure and reschedule because the Dr was tired. Will not be coming back.

So, I'm referred to dr.bradfords office by dr.martineau. I have a temporary filling and need a root canal/crown OR implants. In going here I decided I would make my decision based off his findings. I go in, the lady does not know how to take an x-ray and seemed to be in a bitchy mood. She kept taking more and more and more x rays and being very afraid of xrays, im sliding into panic mode.... She kept taking more and decided she'll stick with the first one. I think she was mad and taking it out on me. This gave me so much anxiety. He looks over the x-rays and takes a look. I ask several questions as I am a concerned client paying a lot of money. They call and see when I want to come back to get it done and what I want to get done and leave me voice-mails, ok. So I'm finally ready to come in, make an appointment, and they call back the next day denying me my appointment I had just made saying "we didn't have a good working relationship" ....what?!?!?!?!?! The absurdity! Now I have to go somewhere else! (Ive been to 2-3 dentsits/endodontic due to moving) and get more xrays! It absurd. I've had SO many xrays taken and even if they share them with eachother they have to take more! I am beyond frustrated by all of this. Bad ethics as I see it. 1 star.

Wonderful, caring, friendly staff and Dr Bradford is great! He promised me no pain during my root canal and he was right. I highly recommend Bradford Endodontics!

Dr. Bradford did my first root canal and I was very surprised to find the pain was minimal! The office staff were happy to see me! Staff matters and this office has the right set up!
