Very rude over the phone, try to reschedule 1 appointment and they'll drop you as a client. Don't waste your time. Respect goes a long way. I'll happily never return and advise friends not too aswell

UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, DISHONEST They are claiming I missed an appointment that isn't even for another week.....only after requiring pre-authorization & payment from my insurance.....then dismissed me as a patient! Go to another dentists, this place is a joke!!!!!

I have been to a LOT of dentists and this one is by far one of my favorites. The office staff, assistants and dentist are all very kind and gentle. I absolutely love them.

Tried calling during their regular business hours which they say are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm I guess 2pm on a Thursday doesn't count. Very poor business practice.

Worst dental office I have ever been to. Had a tooth filled and was horrible had to have pulled. Every tooth they worked on I have to have redone at a new dentist. Office staff is absolutely rude. They will not work with a patient for anything make your appointment no ifs ands or buts family emergencies mean nothing.

I was visiting World's End state park and had a dental emergency and this office would not see me because I wasn't a patient. Excruciating pain was not enough reason to see a dentist since there was a waitlist.

I called after having many years of issues trying to get into a dentist for myself and I got squeezed into their schedule,which was amazing relief! They also saw my children; all 3 of them and removed spacers that they needed removed badly too, very kind and courtious as well. Went as far as to recommend specialists and made appointments for my children, but the biggest thing I enjoyed and want to recommend them for was how they handled my youngest daughter at 8. She had a bad dentist experience in her past which had her on edge when we arrived, they were patient kind and explained everything from start to finish, every tool they needed to use, every action they had to perform, they were above expectations and would highly recommend them to ANYONE!

Great staff. Amazing work restoring my teeth to normal. They were gentle and kept asking if I was ok or in any pain. They even called me to try to get me in earlier than my appointment date to help relive some pain.

DO NOT GO THERE! These people are the most rude and unprofessional dental facility I have EVER delt with. They get paid salary so they do as little as possible and are very rude while doing it.

Hello. I am one of the former patients of this place. Thanks to them, I am now terrified to go to any dentist at all now, whatsoever. The first time I went was when I was 3 or 4 years old, now I'm 13 years old. Nothing has changed since then. AT ALL. The last appointment I was at, they litterally kicked me out. I was crying, as I was having anxiety. I was given no time to calm down. To be honest, I'm glad they made me leave, anything to get out of there. Most of the staff is so rude, I don't even know where to begin. Two people there were nice, honestly they don't belong there. They belong somewhere much better than that hell hole. One of their workers, always complained about my teeth. EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Yet, she can be found outside smoking? What sense it that, all dentists should know that smoking ruins teeth. If you are considering bringing your childen here, please don't. I had a terrible, scary visit myself. You don't want your childen to come here. Also, multiple times I was told to go to Scranton for work they could do. Why offer to help fix teeth when your referring paitents to other dentists that do the exact same work as your place? This place is absoulte garbage, don't reccomend it at all.
