Some dental practices cut costs by sending dental laboratory work to overseas dental labs that are not regulated or inspected! We DO NOT do this at Bradenton Family Dentistry! In fact, we use only high quality, certified dental materials so that our patients receive dental work which is beautiful and durable. Additionally, we use only certified and verified dental laboratories within the United States that provide proof of contents and proof of origin of the materials used to make our crowns, bridges, partials, and dentures. While my husband likes the dentist there, the management is terrible. He had ALOT of work done and signed up for a loan through their lender. Is was decided later that a few of the treatments were not needed so they were not performed. This was after they had already billed the lender for the entire amount. We were told we would be getting a refund but still have not gotten one. Now we can't even get a call back from management. My husband has been trying for months to get a hold of someone. Meanwhile we're paying a ton of interest on money that should have been refunded by now!

I was in dire need of a dentist, I needed a root canal & we all know the dentist isn't ever a cheap visit with or without insurance. Not only did they find an affordable way for me to pay for my visit but they got me scheduled quicker than expected. I'm always restrained from seeing the dentist because my history in a dentist office has never been good for me. I find myself going back in the very near future to finish the rest of my dental work that I need done. Thank you to the awesome staff at Bradenton Family Dentistry.

I am extremely impressed with the office staff and especially the new office manager. She took my original call and spoke with me for a long time because of how upset I was with all the bad news. I need a lot of dental work done and have been to several different dentists to get opinions. This was the only dentist that said she could save my tooth which was close to the smile, everywhere else I went the dentists said the tooth needed to be extracted. Long story short this is just one of many issues I have right now with my teeth. I went in yesterday and they were able to work something out with me so I could get that tooth taken care of at the same time and it has been taken care of. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the cost. It was worth it yesterday for sure but with all the work I need done I cant possibly afford them since I am a single mother, I'm in school trying to better myself and my children on top of not receiving child support. I had to max out care credit and don't have the funds, there's no other payment plan or option with the office. I know it's my problem not being able to afford it. I felt like I was truly cared about and they did everything they could to make me comfortable with the work I had done. The dentist was incredible, Dr.Ackley is truly efficient, smart, and to the point. I hate putting this off but if I don't get my teeth taken care of now it's only going to get worse. All the staff members were awesome as well, everyone had a great attitude and cared!

Used car lot salesmen. If you have major work to be done, Do Not Go Here. They will trap you into a payment plan, they in the middle of implementing it, demand thousands more to complete the job. Bait and Switch at its finest.

My partial broke, Bradenton Family Dentistry got me in the first appointment the next morning. Everyone was so kind, understanding, compassionate and accommodating. I have had bad teeth my entire life and this is the best dental office I have ever been to. Clean everywhere, including restrooms. From the call I received from Freddy who called me within five minutes of my after hours call, to Bernice, Elizabeth, Mona, and Dr. Dr.Ackley. We have found our dental office going forward. Kudos!

I don't want to even post a star. I have been charged for work that was never done. Now I am getting notifications from GreenSky asking for payments for financing of work that was never done. Apparently this company was paid from GreenSky AFTER I cancelled having work done. Now I have to get attorneys involved. BEWARE!

Had a great experience at this dental office doctor Ackley did a great job with my exam. The dental assistant Berenice was amazing she was very informative and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, very good service will definitely refer Friends and family!

Came in for wisdom teeth extraction. Treated for periodontal. Included with my bill on those two things, as was presented to me, 3 free follow up cleanings. That was a big lie. They tried to bill me on my first one. When they called to confirm my second appointment, I made sure to ask if I still get the 2 additional cleanings free and they said no. Weird how they made up a thing on the spot, or so it seems, how you get one free cleaning after yet you forgot and still tried to bill me? What about the other 2 cleanings you promised? To top it off, I go in for a filling right? Had to come back to get it redone since I had massive pain while chewing. They will finance you at your worst moment but they fall short of transparency and have no problem lying to your face or over the phone. And the sweet receptionist... Acting like she cared about my cleaning by saying so you're not going to ever get cleanings for your periodontal? Not from your dentistry I won't. Hope you have a better experience than me! The only thing that gets a star is the oral surgeon they contract to hire every Friday. Not even a Bradenton Family Dentistry surgeon.

Let me start by saying this was the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. The staff are all kind and caring. AMANDA was the real MVP of this situation after having multiple dentists deny me assuming my insurance was run by Medicaid. She was the only one to actually look into my insurance policy. The staff was able to find long time issues that previous dentists never addressed. This office has put me back on the right track with an amazing care plan. Everything was explained to me and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. This is definitely a hidden gem!

I had a toothache, so i called around happen Bradenton Family has an open, i set up same day appointment. i got a cleaning done as recommend and refill i was happy i thought my problems is being fix. As soon as i got home i experience the same tooth ache that i first came in for. so i gave couple more days to see if it get any better. It is not so i call the office and explain my situation. they book me another appointment to check for the same tooth they were working on couple days ago. After i saw the dentist she suggest that i should give it couple month if the problem not improve then i may consider remove. I feel it is unfair for them to charge me for the visit for recheck the same tooth that they were charge me couple days before. i plan to comeback for more treatment as well as taking my mom in. At this moment because of the unfair charges i decided to grade them the highest as 1 Star. which i don't think they deserve any.
