Dr. John C. Braden has practiced dentistry in Yoakum for three decades. After graduating from both Texas State in San Marcos and the University of Texas Dental School in Houston, Dr. Braden and his wife Julie moved to the city they have grown to love.
One of Dr. Bradens favorite types of dentistry is cosmetic. He especially enjoys the opportunity to offer these services to such a great community. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Texas Dental Association (TDA).
Beyond his practice, Dr. Braden is constantly looking for ways to serve his community. He has acted as the president of both the Yoakum Lions Club and the Guadalupe Valley Dental District and is currently on the Yoakum school board. He loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time with his wife, five children and grandchildren.

I made appointment with them about a month ago. I wanted either to have filling on 2 of my teeth or extract them. When I got there for my appointment I was waiting and waiting. Patients that got there later than I there were getting in first than I. Then when I finally got in the room they started taking a lot of X-rays of my teeth. The dentist saw me and told me he will refer me to another dentist because he could not pull out my teeth because one of them was a wisdom tooth. So why they took a lot of X-rays without assessing first if the dentist will be able to do something for me or not. I left there with a feeling of been robbed. Then I went to the appoint of the dentist that Dentist Braden recommended and there they have to do another X-rays because they were unable to read the ones that Braden sent. So now I will have to pay those X-rays from my pocket because my insurance won't pay for it. I did call Braden's office so they can reimburse the money from the X-rays and the lady was keeping saying ok ok. Ok what? are you going to help or say at least you sorry for the mistake. No integrity, no ethics in this place. I won't recommend this place and if you go ask first if they are capable of doing the job you need before they scam you money.
