Dr. Linh Bradberry, known by her patients as Dr. Linh, is highly skilled in general and family dentistry. After earning her doctorate degree from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Linh practiced dentistry in two successful offices in Jacksonville, Florida before opening Bradberry Dental. Dr. Linh provides comprehensive, affordable, family dental care in a friendly, relaxing, stress-free environment consistent with the aloha spirit practiced in her home state of Hawaii. Dr. Linh is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Dental Association (FDA) and the Northeast Florida Dental Hygiene Association (NFDHA).
Dr. Carol McCabe received her dental degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 2001. After graduation, she completed an 18 month hospital residency in general dentistry. Dr. McCabe is passionate about keeping her education and skills up to date, in order to offer our patients the best and latest techniques in dentistry.
Dr. McCabe moved to Jacksonville in 2016 with her husband and daughter, and loves living in northeast Florida. When not enjoying the beautiful outdoors, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, and doing jigsaw puzzles with her family

I've been seeing Dr. Bradberry since I was a pre-teen, at her old Ortega location. I moved to Southside and switched insurance, so there was a time I had to see a couple different dentists. I was never happy with those experiences so I kept looking, and was beyond ecstatic when I saw her name and Bradberry Dental so close to me! And just like back then, my experience with her and her team are the BEST. They always are kind and knowledgeable. They've turned the dreaded dental visit into something I actually look forward to, and I always leave with a beautiful smile. I got cosmetic bonding done on my two front teeth and you could never tell, you would just think I had perfect teeth! Thanks Bradberry Dental!

Just finished a new crown with Dr. Bradberry and staff. Her office is top of the line with all the newest technology. The hygienists are thorough and knowledgeable. I knew I was in good hands the minute I met dr Bradberry. Front office is extremely efficient with no hassles over insurance and so forth. Convenient location for families with school age kids. :)

I hate the dentist and haven't been in years. Well, I'm so glad I found them! She filled 5 cavities and I trusted her to not numb me up. She was very sweet and talked me through everything. Gave me breaks and was so encouraging. Definitely recommend them to everyone especially if you are scared of dentist. Even the receptionist is so friendly and understanding.100/10 recommend!

I almost never write reviews, let alone negative ones but in this instance it's definitely justified. I went here about 5-6 months ago for a cleaning and some fillings. The dentist said I had 6 or 7 cavities, which I doubt needed fillings because what constitutes a "cavity" seems to be subjective as my last dentist must have somehow missed all of them multiple times. I provided my x-rays from my last dentist, at their request, and I don't think this new dentist even took the time to review my x-ray history before jumping to conclusions that the so called "cavities" needed fillings and were going to get worse without them. Getting to the main reason for the 1 star rating: this dentist BURNED MY FACE during a Gingivectomy and didn't even have the decency to apologize or tell me about it. I didn't know until I got home and saw my face in the mirror, as by then the local anesthesia wore off. The reason for Gingivectomy was likely unnecessary because they just wanted to "go exploring" for cavities hiding under the gumline. I honestly had a terrible experience here. I was baffled how this "professional" Dentist was so careless while I was under her care, but also dishonest about my cavities diagnoses too. I would recommend to anyone reading to go somewhere else. I certainly wish I did. 12/22/21 update: the owner called me after reading this review and tried to pay me a $200 (way less than the cost of the procedure) for me to delete this review. I received an apology for what happened. However, they weren't genuinely apologetic at all, actually very patronizing trying to rationalize what they think happened. Ultimately, they decided not to refund me anything at all; as really all they wanted in the first place was for me to take this review down. 1/19/22 update: I received a refund check for my out of pocket expense, the balance I paid after my primary and secondary insurance coverage.

I love Dr. Bradberry and her team! They are so knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable even though you're nervous about going to the dentist. The office is very clean and nicely designed. If there is time allotted on the schedule she will offer to fix a quick fix while you're there if needed which makes it very convenient to receive care. I have been going to Dr. Bradberry for about 2-3 years now and my husband and I both look forward to continuing to see her and her team!

Bradberry dental staff are awesome and friendly. Hussein, our hygienist is very gentle and explains every step of the cleaning process. Dr. Troung put my husband at ease concerning the dental treatment. She provided the facts and he was able to make the decision that worked best for him.
