Best dentist I've ever had! I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Robertson and his staff always make me feel comfortable when I'm there. He listens to your wishes and concerns and doesn't pressure you to just pull all your teeth like other dentists my family and I have seen in the area. Dr. Robertson's office is the best!

If I could provide less than 1 star, I would. This office, before setting up my husband a dental appt told me over the phone that they would bill us for balances due. Husband had quite a bit of dental work done but this office required that the bill was paid in full before they would work on his mouth. WE WERE NEVER BILLED!! Needless to say, they were always very eager to make him a f/u appt when it was needed but again never advised me or him the amount due at the time of the next appt. This is ridiculous. My husband has not gone to him for over a year, thank God for Mark Arnett's office. We were applying for a house and our credit is coming back that we owe this office $160. This has been paid. I have contacted this office twice about this getting removed off my credit and we were told multiple times that we would get a call back. That was on 1/16/2020... today is 2/3/2020 and still no response. I will be contacting their office one final time before I dispute this further and it will not be pretty.

Wow! Amazing how defensive you would get because someone writes a bad review about your office. It's not the fact that I didn't take care of my bill, the bill is now taken care of and still reflecting on my credit report, that is the issue at hand. But I would also like to back up what Mrs. Wireman state's about your office being rude. If this is the "office manager" making comments as I would assume it is, you don't take 1 star reviews very well do you. Well, Mrs Office Manager, you should have my phone number on file, if you'd like to call me tomorrow, I will GLADLY send you screenshots where this is the FOURTH phone call I've made to your office since 1/16. Screenshots with the amount of time I've been on the phone and the dates and times that I called. 1/16, 1/24 (you guys were closed so I'll give you that), 1/25, and then again today, 2/3. I believe I supposedly spoke to what was told to me the "office manager" twice. On 1/16 I was told I would get a call back from the woman that "deals with these type of things" no call back on mine or my husbands phone and I called at 9:53 AM and spoke to someone for 3 min and 32 seconds. When I spoke to someone today she had to put me on hold to get the phone number for the credit agency you use, I would assume if this was the "office manager" she would have this number tucked away at arms reach. Your responses on bad reviews show what type of office this is. If you take nothing else from my TWO, and I can make it many more, 1 star Google reviews, take this: DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. My husband states that the dentist himself and hygienist are nice but if office staff is whom you are dealing with then freaking run! They just want your money. As for you, me not being able to pay the bill back in 5/2018, there was a series of events that happened in our lives. Who gives a flip though, the bill is paid, has been paid for well over a year now and it's still reflecting on my credit. Might I add -- no interest involved either. I will look forward to getting your call tomorrow so I can send you screenshots of me calling your office since your so eager to state that I didn't call, when I did. Also, for future reference, if you want to make someone else look stupid on your google review responses, make sure there is a way for them to respond to take up for themselves or they will just keep leaving more 1 star reviews.

Excellent dental care. Friendly staff. I had upper and lower dentures made and the work was high quality. Dr. Robertson is a friendly guy and his rates are reasonable. I recommend this place.

Major dental work, Brad and his staff were wonderful. Talked to me and kept me posted on what was going on, made me feel more at ease. Took care to make sure everything fit just right. Fantastic for a dental visit!

Went in as a new patient, office staff is very friendly. They were ready for me and my appointment, no waiting after I finished the paperwork, which was a rare for a doctor or dentist office. The hygienist was wonderful, and also very helpful with preventative care tips. Dr. Robertson was wonderful as well. I look forward to great dental health care here in the future!
