Dr. Brad Pitts, our dentist in Lexington, graduated from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 1993. He practiced as a pharmacist for four years before entering dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina.
He was on the Deans List and received awards of achievement in the field of prosthodontics. Dr. Pitts continues to strive for excellence by attending seminars and completing courses in the most advanced dental techniques and technology. He has recently completed three levels of study at the Pankey Institute, a renowned facility that teaches complex treatment planning and advanced therapies in occlusal or bite problems.
He is a member of the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association and has a local membership in the Greater Columbia Dental Society. He is also involved in community organizations such as the Lexington Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Pitts was elected in 2010 to the Lexington One School Board and served an eight-year term.
