Brad Jones, D.D.S. Jack Pardo, D.D.S. General Dentistry brings a whole new level of care to the field of dentistry. We have been serving the Fayetteville community since 1998. Dr. Jones did undergraduate studies at Baylor University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1983. A native of Arkansas (Pine Bluff) he returned to his home state to become a Dentist in Fayetteville AR the same year.
He is a member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and the Academy of Interdisciplinary Dentofacial Therapy, where he has served as past president. In addition, Dr. Jones has received certification in Conscious Sedation techniques and maintains membership in DOCS education in order to stay current.
He has been published on interdisciplinary concepts in restorative dentistry and actively practices the philosophy of interdisciplinary care for the optimum care of patients. In the arena of continuing education, he is an avid student, advancing his knowledge and skills in all areas of cosmetic and restorative dentistry through advanced course study.
As well as maintaining a full time practice, Dr. Jones devotes significant time to the development of an electronic medical record (EMR) system with US Health Record, a cutting edge company that has been providing internet-based dental records for over ten years. He currently serves on the Dental Advisory Board of USHR and helps in the ongoing development of the TeamLinks collaborative software that powers the virtual, cloud-based charting program.
Dr. Pardo was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate degree, and graduated from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry in 2016. Following his graduation, Dr Pardo completed a General Practice Residency at UAMS in Little Rock, focusing on advanced procedures, including implants and endodontics, and dental care for medically compromised patients. This program also provided Dr. Pardo the opportunity to practice at Arkansas Childrens Hospital, where he gained experience in treating children with special needs in the clinic and operating room. Dr. Pardo is now an active part-time faculty member for the residency program.
Much like Dr. Jones, Dr. Pardo thrives on learning and providing the highest possible level of care to every patient. He loves listening to the latest dental podcasts, is active in several study clubs, and is truly passionate about the future of dentistry.
Dr Pardo is also active in organized dentistry and will begin a two year term as President of the Arkansas chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) in 2021, and is currently pursuing his Fellowship in the AGD.
Dr. Pardo resides in East Fayetteville with his wife, Bridgette, and daughter Waverly. When not in the office you can usually find him enjoying their small farm (and chasing chickens, goats, and horses), playing golf, or spending time at Beaver Lake.

Dr. Jones has been my dentist for several years. He is the best in northwest Arkansas and maybe the four states. If you get a chance to go to this office go here. Everyone there is so nice to you and you get treated like a real person. Dr. Jones truly cares about each and everyone of us.

On my very first visit I felt like Dr. Jones and his incredible staff were family. My prior experience with other offices kept me from wanting to ever return, until today. Monica is Great and had me smiling the whole time we spoke. Betty was wonderful and listened to all of my concerns and questions. I can't find enough kind and thankful words to say about Dr. Jones. He listened and explained every step of the process that's going to get my dentures fitting and looking good, finally. This is the first time in decades that I can honestly say I'm excited to go to the dentist.

I'm new to the area & had anxiety about finding excellent dental care, which is a very high priority for me & my family. I heard about Dr. Jones by word-of-mouth from a neighbor. I'm so sensitive to pain that cleanings in the past have been an ordeal. Lori, the hygienist is so skilled that I had NO discomfort. I was truly amazed. Monica at the front desk made me feel like family. It says a lot about Dr. Jones that his staff is so friendly, loyal & professional. I'm so happy & feel so lucky. I have found my dental "home."

Best dentist ever! In addition to being an extremely talented dentist he is also kind and gentle. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist but he helped me get over that. I recommend Dr. Brad Jones unconditionally!

I looked for a new dentist for awhile and I'm so glad I found Dr.Jones! The kindest, most professional, knowledgeable dentist I know! I have anxiety, so I always have trouble with anything having to do with teeth/health etc.. But I was especially anxious for my bonding appointment. I knew it would take hours and not be the most comfortable thing. I came in shaking and extremely nervous, but right as I started talking to the staff at the front desk, my nerves were settled. They were so sweet and welcoming, and it was such a nice atmosphere. And when I got to the room I had a blanket and Dr. Jones and the assistant always made sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks. I would rate above 5/5 if I could. And I left with beautiful teeth!
