Janie has been with us since 2003. In her role as a dental assistant, she helps us treat and educate patients, in addition to preparing the office for the day each morning. She enjoys helping patients achieve better oral health and wellbeing. Away from the office, she has a garden at the Makaeo walking path. She also enjoys camping with her husband and spending as much time as possible with her son, daughter, and granddaughter.

I am very grateful to Dr. Ching for helping me with my tooth pain!! Nothing is worse than that! Was able to get an appointment to squeeze me in and performed a root canal hour later! Explained exactly what was going on with my tooth and appreciated having the procedure right then. No more pain! Great office team! Mahalo!!!

I followed all the pre surgery instructions but when I showed up I was thrown because the staff did nothing to calm me down. They had me take a pill in advance, but never having taken one and not knowing what to expect causes me anxiety. I showed a little nerves and the doctor right away said, I don't think we're the practice for you. Sent me home to start over and try to find another dentist. I'm a 70 year old woman who has not had trouble with medical procedures prior to this. Don't risk going here.

I recently received care/treatment from Dr. Ching. I found him to be very professional and capable in his work. My experience was very pleasant. He was able to put me at ease and I felt absolutely no pain. I felt completely confident in his ability. I also must comment on his staff. They were all very pleasant and professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Ching and his staff.

Dr. Ching took on an old root canal that I had for over 20 years that was infected. He also did and emergency root canal on another tooth the same day I went in for a consult. He did an amazing job treating my teeth. His state of the art equipment and technique are amazing as well as his staff. Thank you!

My father was having massive pain after a flare up from his infected tooth. He could barely open his mouth, let alone chew! He was taking every over the counter pain pill and completed the antibiotics, and still in complete agony!! I called Dr. Ching's office and dr. Ching on a SUNDAY, went into his office to write a new antibiotics and give my dad pain medicine so he could eat/chew and compelere his root canal. Dr. Ching personally dropped it off to us on a SUNDAY because he cares so much about his patients Thank you Dr. Ching for taking care of my family!!! 5 star service!

If you need a root canal, Dr. Ching is the man to see. I had to get an emergency root canal while on vacation and he managed to squeeze me in an get it done. He did an amazing job!! Immediate relief, he really saved the day... more like saved the rest of my vacation! So thankful to have found his office!!!
