Dr. Erin and her staff are wonderful. I have always had exceptional service. They treated my daughter with her orthodontic needs since she was little as well as mine. I would recommend her practice to anyone! You will not be disappointed :)

I was unprepared for the appointment. The questionnaire for new patients asks private info about you're health situation. I was asked obvious questions that a dmd would have the answer to, not myself. The staff were comprised completely of women. I was refused service and referred to a facility that is farther than my ability to be mobile which is limited allots. I was told I'd have to have more teeth pulled, a graft, and my teeth were too close to the front of my gum for braces. I wonder if Invisalign, or smile direct could work? I'm disappointed and distraught about that situation, now concerning the aesthetic appearance of my teeth.

My daughter was nervous for her first trip, and by time we left she couldn't wait to go back! All the staff we came in contact with were friendly, and patient with her hesitation!

Absolutely love this place. They are amazing with children, extremely patient, kind, outgoing, and very welcoming. I feel very confident and safe in sending my daughter in alone. Definitely worth the 40 minutes worth of driving! I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone who's kids need braces.
