I needed to have my bottom permanent retainer fixed and they did a great job! The first time it was fixed it broke again but this time they were very attentive and went above and beyond to correct their mistake.

I was a customer here at Braces braces braces until they tried to perform malpractice in causing me to have dental issues that weren't there when I came. They ruined my entire vacation after I drove 15 hours to get them to fix my retainer. They then installed these buttons trying to cause me to have a gap in my mouth then tried to force me to get braces then after 4th of July weekend. I was in so much pain for 4 days straight, I missed my moms birthday , I missed the holidays with my family because I technically actually live 8 hours away from the dentistry, and I was humiliated with a huge gap in my mouth. I went back and the doctor and the billing lady didn't want to admit there wrong doing and almost left the buttons in my mouth then tried to not give me a refund. Like how will I receive the money for lost wages and a ruined vacation. This is the most unprofessional disrespectful business I have ever encountered as an adult and thank god i documented everything because I will be filing legal issues. I find it also unprofessional for the billing lady to always have something disrespectful to say to me as well. The issues I have encountered here are very long and very much worthy of my time to bring to the cooperate offices attention but I have bit my tongue for long enough and now it is time to expose the very wrong doings of this place. Bless my heart because I still can't let this go. They deserve NO stars at all and they also need to consider hiring better employees not money hungry people that cause people issues that they did not have to even begin with. Now that they took the buttons off that were supposed to keep my teeth together and are now back to normal and again I will be filing legal action against this place as well as reporting them to the dental association for malpractice. Thank you guys for trying to ruin my teeth which didn't make since as well as installing buttons that were only intended to put your teeth together not push them apart and then blame me . what a joke.

The orthodontist himself was great through the entire process. However, we had multiple issues with assistants (wearing dangling bracelets that would hit my daughter in the eyes and mouth, pulling the lips so tight they would tear, and gosping with each other while working on my child). However, the topper on the cake was this morning: we went in to get the molds done for my daughter's retainer. The girl put way too much mold on and it ended up going down my daughter's throat and she was choking. Instead of taking it out tp help, the girl held my daughter's head and told her to hold still. My daughter left in tears. Then I got a call saying that she needed to come back and do new molds because they weren't done well. I explained what happen and told them I wouldn't be bringing her back today and I was at work. I was expecting a call from the manager or someone to discuss the issue and reschedule. But they don't care. Instead, they went ahead and made the retainers off of the bad mold. I was then told by the manager, if we weren't there today we would be charged to do a new set of molds. I told her that I wasn't bringing my daughter back in there today and they should've rescheduled instead of making the retainers. She was completely unsympathetic for the situation and basically said it didn't matter, I'll have to pay because they screwed up, and I wasn't subjecting my child to that place the same day they did that to her.

The assistant that worked with me today was very thorough and the person who checked me in was really sweet and helpful. I could hear chatter when I was walking out which makes me always feel uneasy about going into this place. I have had a ton of medical issues while having my braces put on Including cancer and it always seems like they don't care. I understand I have missed appointments but it is out of my control if I am having to tend to my medical needs. The checkout person was to schedule me 3 weeks out per Dr. when I stated I would call because I have surgery scheduled and am not sure if I can walk at the date they wanted to give. When I walked out I could hear talking and they went ahead and scheduled me for May 4th anyways and completely disregarded what I had just said. I don't feel it's very professional at all and think they should be more understanding because they never know what someone is going through. People shouldn't have to explain their whole situation to get them to understand.

My son has braces and since day one, they have been kind, courteous and so inviting from the ladies up front to the dentist that sees him. But how are they with braces? They did a great job with my son and continues with each visit. They are very thorough with each visit to ensure you are doing what is needed at home to have a successful outcome. I highly recommend Braces Braces Braces.

Do not come here.. find other place. Poor out come after 18 months wearing braces. Dr Notin needs to be more considerate with patients
