Dr. Paresh Shah grew up with modest beginnings and was first in his family to become a orthodontist. He has created thousands of smiles over 13 years of practice. He takes immense pride in the quality of his work and looks forward to building long lasting relationships with his patients and their families. He is patient, kind, compassionate, and hopes to serve as a role model to all his younger patients. He treats his patients the way he would treat his own children. He enjoys seeing patients with beautiful smiles reach their hopes and dreams. With a beautiful smile, we believe our patients can have the confidence to achieve their goals and be happy in their lives. He is very close to his extended family, and regularly involved in his community. He is married to a loving and supportive wife and they live with their sweet daughters.

Some staff are attitude did not gently. The girl has long curly hair with the dark blue uniform. Was talking bad behind clients while I step up.

Been going for 2 yrs. Everyone is always friendly and professional. The only problem ive had is with billing. 1st they accepted payments from cash or card, then to only check, but now they accept card payments? And more transparency regarding the payments made and remaining balances would prevent miscommunication

First of all I love my braces and smile family! Jenn is my fav I typically like to only speak with her in regards to scheduling.. but Dr shah Is the best he has so much patience with my inconsistency! I always feel so relaxed getting my braces tightened.. time with my braces is getting short I will miss them!!

Was inadvertently sent to the wrong place across the street. They referred me to go over, walked expecting to have to make the appointment and come back. They offered us an immediate consultation and set everything up. Clear and upfront pricing Will update as the journey progresses

I have to say, I am very happy with this office. They were great to my son and were able to put on his braces in no time. They also have great prices and don't waste time. They offer you plenty of options and are very clear with what you are paying for and how it works. Not only do they work with children, but they also work with adult. No complaints here!

Dr.Shah and his staff are absolutely amazing. They always go above and beyond. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you understand before leaving the office. I've sent all my family members to him and they have all said this office is awesome. Thanks for the great smile

Please check and review your payments during covid-19 situation with your Insurance company. They are charging monthly fees even when there were no appointment for the months due to limited slots. As per Nurse Jennifer, our treatment is time bound (24 months) and we are in contract , it will end irrespective of the quality of care/treatment status. However they will charge us monthly payment even if they are currently not able to keep monthly appointment due to their inability to schedule current patients For any discussion they take no time in start showing you your signed contract papers like lawyers. We got the feeling that we need legal representation to talk to Dr Shah billing dept. I would not recommend any new patient to go this office during COVID situation. You will pay full cost of treatment plan which may sound economical at time but may not receive the good quality of care service from Dr. Shah office. Please take your kids and love ones to some Doctor who cares for providing good quality care and services rather than just the monthly contract fees and its legality, even if you have to shell out more money for your orthodontics needs. 2/15 Update- Insurance opened a quality of care investigation to get bottom of this, this made nurse Jennifer really mad and she called us and started yelling and scolding us, telling me, that I am poor parent and just want to save some money for kid treatment and really never cared about the quality of treatment. We got really scared of taking our kid to BnS again and cancelled our treatment plan with BnS with help of Insurance. 2/16- After reading the review, Dr. Shah called to suggest that I am at fault and we will have hard time finding other orthodontist to complete treatment and I should remove this review as its completely false.

Dr. Shah does amazing work. He has done wonders for my sons smile which was not an easy job. His staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I've recommended several friends/family members and will continue to do so.

We've been coming to Dr. Shah's office for about 10 months now. We've had a pleasant experience since the day we made the first phone call to schedule a consultation, which are complimentary. The staff members are friendly and bilingual. At the consultation, Dr. Shah took his time to evaluate me and throughly explained my treatment plan necessary and answered every question and concern I had. Braces & Smiles is a great place to get all your orthodontist treatment. Sr Shah and staff are amazing and respectful. Office visit are quick. He's very courteous, and has bed side manners, always explain to you whatever he's doing. I had a very complicated teeth, I had to get an implant for a missing tooth, he made sure he kept my braces on until everything was done, and he never rushed the process. I'm more than happy that I chose Dr. Shah and his staff to do my braces, now I have the perfect smile. Thanks braces & smiles
