Unfavorable experience and poor customer service. There were multiple instances of poor communication and lack of transparency with fees and billing. The Sales manager put in writing and agreed to a set payment plan, however as soon as she left the company chose to not honor such agreement and their oversight became my problem. Furthermore, additional circumstances outside my control (due to coordination between ortho and dental services) prolonged my ability to get my final retainer and they were completely inflexible or accommodating when it came to office fees, bc complimentary visits while still receiving or within the timeline of doing Invisalign expire after a year, even though I was still mid process, of which none was communicated.

Very friendly staff. They were efficient and precise giving us our estimate. Pricing was fare. Dr. Asbury was very down to earth and answered all our questions without rushing us. Super clean and nice facility at La Mesa location.

This Dr. Is sadly the most judgemental and outright rude man I have ever met. We came in for a consult from a recommendation and all he did was judge my younger children for not sitting still. He also asked if my daughter had any syndromes because of her appearance... If she actually does or not was not at all the reason we were in there anyway. He didn't look me in the eyes when he spoke either. She will need braces and I will never go back here again. If your children are anything less then perfect please don't bother...

I have a unique perspective on dentistry from being a long term employee of the California Dental Association and working with most all the dentists in Southern California. I know a lot of if not all the orthodontists but chose Dr Asbury to provided the orthodontics for my family as his knowledge, attention to detail, quality, and expertise cannot be matched. Thank you to Dr Asbury and his staff for taking excellent care of our family and orthodontic needs.

My daughter had teeth in the wrong places and some very difficult to reach places but Dr Asbury is correcting it beautifully

Dr. Asbury is a great orthodontist that really puts his patients at ease. The office is modern and very nice and the staff is incredible!
